Asset listing "Edit" button
It would be really nice to be able to click on an Edit button when viewing a list of assets instead of having to click on the asset and then click on Edit.

Printing options
The system should have the options to print all screens. Even though the system has printing options I can not see how you can print the details of assets in reference to a retired asset.

Email Notification
I notice that when I request an audit that I get an email about the audit, but the user who has checked out the asset does not. Can this be fixed?

Printing labels
I'd like to be able to print many labels on one page....when I submit an item to print, it emails me a pdf then removes that item from print queue. Not sure how to get more than one on a page.

Edit email sent to invited members
I'd like to be able to edit the message that is sent to invited members before it goes out.
1 voteThe email customization feature is out. To customize the email sent to invited members:
1) Enable Email Customization from Settings → Add-ons → Email Templates
2) From the same setting, click the link ‘Configure Email Templates’. It’ll take you to the email template listing.
3) Hit the ‘Add Email Template’ button.
4) On the new template form, in ‘Template Type’ dropdown choose ‘Member Invitation’
5) Use placeholders to have data like ‘Recipient Name’, ‘Confirmation Link’ etc
6) Hit the ‘Create Template button’. You’ll be taken the preview. Activate this template from the ‘Activate’ button on top right.

Show Make and Model fields on mobile app
We are having to put make and model information in the Name field so that we don't have 20 identical looking "Laptops" listed when applying filters for a certain model on the mobile app. Either add the ability to select the fields you want displayed in list view or just add make and model to the list view in some way.
6 votesAsset listing on mobile apps is now configurable. It uses your customization preference from the web app. You can choose the level of detail for asset listing on mobile from Settings → My settings → Customized Views on Mobile Apps

assign future
I would like to be able to assign an item starting at a future date to a specific user.
Example:
If two users would like to reserve the same item in the same time period I can only have it checked out to one person at that time. If i have a similar, comparable item that person 2 can use, rather then to ask them to reserve similar item I would like to be be able to change that item in the reservation so that person 2 can still have equipment, or check that item out to them so that…
2 votesDid you try the new settings called ‘Ensure no reservation date conflicts’. This will allow you to handle such conflicts.

Barcode Reader Sync
Now that we can scan an Asset ID # with the app! It would be great to link the Asset Id # with its general info when adding asset. All you would need to do is tie it to an "Asset Id Info database".

When I edit a group it takes me back to the beginning. I would like it to take me back to the asset group I was in. Would ave 2-3 steps.
Also, would like to be able to alphabetize.
2 votes- When you finish editing a group, you land at the detail page for that group.
- Group listing is alphabetically sorted. You can click on the ‘Group Name’ column-heading to change the sorting order.

Issue Updating Assets
I printed a report will all my assets. I made changes and updates and now data was not transfer, but loaded as blank

The asset base is good. However it would be good where you can date stamp a reminder for the asset to be safety checked

Mobile App Sorting of Names
The pick list of names on checkout is sorted by the date the person was added. This is HIGHLY inconvenient. I don't know if I'm missing an option somewhere but I can't find any means to sort the list. Our tech lead in our mobile department today described it as a 'very bad list'. ha! Indeed. Please let me know if there is a way to sort this and if not, this really needs to be added ASAP because it's a prime usage area of the app and it makes it very frustrating.

email reminders for standard services that are required.
Make reminders for service that will need to be preformed on a specific date. with the ability to send email reminder 1, 2, 3 weeks before actual service is needed.
