QR Labels
Every time I try to have labels sent to my email to print there is no attachment. I have Outlook and have never come across this issue until now.

API for EZOffice
It would be nice if you had an API so that we could pull information from EzOffice and be able to add information to EzOffice. This would allow us to pull the information to a local DB for workflow and reports. It could also allow upload of users from a directory.

Create a way to reserve an asset.
For my company it would be ideal to have a way to "reserve" an asset. I believe the way it works right now, you have to checkout an asset and then give an estimated return date. In my company we sell cleaning equipment and have several demo units that my sales guys share. So sometimes if one of them knows he will need it for a big show coming up a few weeks out, he needs to put that item on reserve so the others know they cant take it, or it needs to be back by X date.

Inventory tracking
I work in an environment where not only do I need to check in/out assets each employee will take into the field, but I also need to track my inventory of supplies for production as well. Example, I ordered 10 items of "X", scan the QR code, "X" shows up, select "check-in", enter 10 for quantity. 10 of "X" is now added to the shelf and as employees check out item "X", I can see it's running low and reorder. I can also keep track of my spending towards product "X" by looking at the check-out history, use the history…

Print asset name under its QR code
So that I can do two things: keep a printed binder of all my QR codes for easier and faster scanning/checkout, and print those codes as labels to stick on my items directly.

Quick Look status for each member
Under the members section; an additional column(s) that would indicate the number of assets out, number of permeant assets out, number of overdue assets out.
That way, all we have to do is go to the members page and scroll down and look to see who has what out. As of right now, we are going into every individual person and checking "Checked out assets" and checking them back in if we forgot to...
This would save us a good 45 min...

store labels PDFs
I'd love to be able to store my "printed" labels PDF on my account for later download, so I don't have to go digging through my email any time I want to reference/print labels.

Check out to multiple people (things).
For example, we are keeping our serial numbers in here. And we install the same key on a desktop and one laptop. It would be nice to be able to check out an item (serial) out to two "people".
4 votesWe’ve released Asset Stock as an item type to handle checkout to multiple individuals simultaneously (to enable go to Settings → Asset Stock → enable).
We have this on our long term road-map.
In the meanwhile, you can:
1. Have some custom attributes named Assignee 2, Assignee 3 and so on. Configure these custom attributes to ‘Display on check-in’ and ‘Display on checkout’. Use these attributes to track assignments to multiple persons.
2. Have this information in check out and check-in notes. (Notes field on check-in and checkout forms)
You may want to have a separate group for such virtual assets.

More Reports
It would be nice to have a report that has ALL of your assets.
not just "Available Assets".It would also be nice to see who is checking things out the most,

Package check outs..
For some items, it would be nice to do a "Package" check out. For example, If we had a basic camera "Package" that contains the camera, battery, case, lens, ect. we could just check out that camera package rather then going through and checking them all out individually.
