Asset Stock Service & Service #
Certainly there needs to be an option for servicing asset stock. Not all asset stock is completely expendable if it breaks. Even then, if service for asset stock is required, it would be incredible if you can assign a service # to the item in need of service, just in order to track its progress through servicing.

Different Location Par Levels & Deleting Locations
Right now, all locations are held to he same Low Threshold Alert quantities. Is it possible to assign different Low Threshold Alerts for different locations? Also, how do you delete a location from a supply page, so that it does not remain listed as low stock?

make camera available for service tickets
Hi guys it would be really appreciated if you could make the camera available to capture damage/issue in the service ticket and it also makes the asset manager/administrator aware immediately of what is required - also why does the expected end date for a service ticket update when edited instead of the actual - doesn't make sense???

Multiple Filters in Browsing
When browsing inventories and assets, is it possible to stack multiple filters to more cleanly view specific items?
i.e. Filter > Location > SF Office.

Enhance Search features
It would be really great if I could search for assets by their asset number from both the web and smartphone.
Currently, I found a backdoor trick on the web by manipulating the URL to find the asset I am looking for, but a simple search function would make things a lot easier on me.

Searched Items Not Showing in Results
Every so often when I search for an item by part of its name, the item will not show in the results of the search.
I have a screenshot of an example, if it is possible to submit these.
A text example:
I search "Flat"in the search bar, looking for the inventory item, "(DP)Water - Flat", and three results come up:
(DP)Screwdriver - Flat
(HAY)Screwdriver - Flat
(DP)Water - FlatThis has happened in the past on some items (assets and inventory), and they are not found, but then show back up later on.
Please let me know you thoughts,…

I would like the possibility to use the letters æøå (Danish letters) and letters like - # in the custom fields.

Show Asset & Asset Stock in Same List
It would be nice to show assets and asset stock in the same list, or some way to at least be able to show or toggle this feature.
1 voteSome data points associated to Asset Stock are different from Assets. Similarly mass actions are different for these two item categories.
So they have to shown in separate tabs. If your concern is to get to a list of what someone has checked out (both assets and asset stock), you can go to their member detail page. Both assets and asset stock checked out by that member are listed there. -
Allow 'Unknown' as a value
It would be helpful if we could add 'Unknown' into certain fields instead of having to enter erroneous data. For example 'Purchased on' or 'Vendor'

Purchased on is the date where you start the life cycle of an asset. By default it’s the date on which you created the asset. -
Edit User Listings
Currently the only way to change what Asset Groups are available to a User Listing, is to make a new one, and delete the old one, and re-invite everyone. There should be a way to edit Asset Groups of User Listings that have already been created.

1) In userlistings list, click on the one you want to change
2) From the users tab, you can add users to this userlisting or remove them
3) From the groups tab, you can add groups to this userlisting or remove them

Check your app on iOS
Your app using an Android device works definitely better and more efficient than iOS devices which is probably not a good thing since there is no consistency particularly in scanning both barcodes and QR codes. This product is not working the way it is supposed to be for me right now which is frustrating :(

Printable Reservation List for Staff
There needs to be a printer friendly list with customizable criteria for reservation checkout process for staff.
0 votesYou can use Reservations report for this purpose. Filter the reservations using the member dropdown in the report to get to the list of items reserved by someone.
This list can be exported to CSV and printed. -
Editing "Reserver For" Person
Currently, the person a reservation is "reserved for" cannot be editing after the reservation is made. This must be changed. Also, it should be noted who the "reservation was made by."

Using Cart to do Mass Check-Ins
We should be able to check in a lot of items using the shopping cart as well.

Packages vs Bundles
Can someone explain the best practices between using these two concepts and why you'd choose one over the other? It appears that eventually packages could be added to a bundle, but bundles cannot be added to packages, thus:
bundles>packages>assets
Is that correct?

Easy add item button
It would be great if you had an "Add Item" button that lived on the screen that I could go to anytime. I often find that I'm adding items while I do other things, but it's annoying to always have to go back to Items and the Add button there.
If it lived somewhere in the upper corner and I just instantly add things, I would love that.
Bonus points if you can make the add screen pop up (similar to how this feedback screen does) where I can do a "Quick Add" and then just go back to what…2 votesPutting it on the table for our next week’s product development meeting.

Documents are not fiunctional
You can attach documents and pictures and the like to an item, however the documents cannot be opened in the field, and they can be edited and deleted by anyone.
How do you open them, and how can you control what certain users can do to them?

Select All Items
When will we able to select ALL items in a group instead of having to do it page by page? I can't seem to make it work- any help would be great. Thank you

Let us know if this solves your problem:
1) Go to Settings → My Settings → Records per page and enter 100 (this is the max per page)
2) It’ll increase your page size to 100 items per page and you’d be able to select more items in a go -
Certain items showing up as Low Stock in Digest, but not others.
The digest I received on 2/4/15, at the EOD, has item #1002 listed as low stock, without a followup listing as back above stock, as it actually is. Other items, like #1003 show low stock, but then back above. Can you provide clarity as to why some items are showing back up above, and not others? Thank you.
1 voteThere should have been both “stock is low” and “stock is back to normal” for all events. Can you forward the email to support@ezofficeinventory.com so that we can take a look into the complete list of events in that email?

Re Printing
Allow pre-made label templates from Word or other software to be uploaded. For example Avery 06576 labels have a Word template but if you set up a new template in EZ Office using the same dimensions it doesn't line up with the Avery labels.
