Edit groups in multiple items
I would love to be able to edit the group on multiple items when you have multiple selected. Under actions this is one field I don't see and it would be nice to move several items at once to a sub group instead of going into each item.
2 votesThis feature is already available. You can change the group or subgroup of a number of items in bulk from the edit option in Actions drop down.
On the edit form, hit the Change Group button on the right to move items across groups and subgroups.

edit location from scan
I would really like the ability to scan multiple items and then edit the location on the mobile app the way I can on the website

Allow sort-by "Asset Identification Number"
You should be able to click on the header "Asset Identification Number" and have it sort alphabetically

By clicking the picture box it will take photo
How about while using the EZOffice mobile app then go to edit page of a particular asset there will be a button to take picture directly and this will be uploaded automatically to this asset.

Make Reservations Editable
We would like to be able to move the dates of a reservation without having to cancel it and remake a new one.
We would also need the ability to change / delete reservations from the mobile app.
We also need staff users to be able to see all reservations. Not just reservations they have created. Each staff user would only be able to edit their own reservations.

List Asset Identification Number in Mobile App
Would be nice if we could hide Asset # and only show the Name and Asset Identification Number when assets are listed to users in the mobile app. We prefer to put the Asset Identification Number on our labels so seeing only the Asset # is confusing our employees. In fact, I wish we could just hide the Asset # all together.
4 votesAsset listing on mobile apps is now configurable. It uses your customization preference from the web app. You can choose the level of detail for asset listing on mobile from Settings → My settings → Customized Views on Mobile Apps

Assets can be in multiple packages
This would allow it so you could have an asset that is in one package that has other assets as well but then be in another package with different assets.

Packages and Bundles can be used for assets that are used together. However there are major differences between the two.

Have a look at Settings → Company Settings → Advanced Settings → Thumbnail View
You can choose to view a cropped image which has the correct aspect ratio, or full image which may get squished.
For best results, use Square Images.

Include Asset# in API response to assets.api and inventory.api
The current JSON response to assets.api does not include asset#. This makes limited in its usability. Would be great to have asset# included.

Would like to make a print out of a list of what assets a member has checked out in "In Custody of.."

Printing in a specific location on Avery labels
Not sure why, but a similar feedback topic was closed, though I don't know why as I don't see the issue / suggestion as "Solved".
Anyway, unless you know each column and row settings for printing a QR code on an Avery 22805 label, it is all trial and error in trying to print a QR label (or any label for that matter) in a specific spot.
What would be very helpful is if you provided a screenshot showing where on the page the label(s) are located on the Avery page so that there is no waste of time of…

create customizable default times
Users who do not set a check out or return time make it difficult for other users to reserve or check out equipment. I would like to see customizable default times that apply to all users in the system. The option of hiding the time field would also be nice.

allow to print labels from more than one page
allow to print labels from more than one page. Currently if we want to print a label we can only print labels from one page. If we could print multiple labels, from different pages and groups that would be nice.

Packages to Include Inventory Items Also
In education we may use a number of inventory items over and over as each class comes in over a period of a week. If inventory items can be made into packages, it might streamline the process for our faculty.
2 votesHave a look at Bundles in Add-ons. You can use this feature to bundle assets and inventory items together based on classification and type for easy lookup and quick actions.

How do you edit a service ticket once one has been created?
Often services on equipment gets rescheduled. What if someone created the service ticket for the wrong item? If there is a way to edit and delete service tickets we don't see it and it is a necessary feature.

Allow Staff users to set number of Assets per page.
Administrators can set how many assets they can see per page. Staff users should be able to as well. Currently the only way i can figure out how to do this is set a staff user to Administrator status... set the assets per page level and then change them back to a Staff user. Each user should be able to set their own preference.

I need to ability to change remove or add things to services or comments that have already been added to assets.

Ability to Save Custom Reports
Once i have created a custom report I would like to be able to save that reports setup for future uses without having to set it up again.

after import you cannot do a bulk delete of items that are no longer in the inventory
