The ability to reserve equipment on behalf of another user.
A lot of times someone is requesting items for another user. This may streamline reservations a little bit, especially when an assistant is making requests for their supervisor.

Need to Be Able to Choose a Location When Reserving an Asset
When making a reservation we need to be able to choose the location the reservation is for as well as the individual.

Option A:
i. Have location tracked on each checkout by enabling it from Settings → Locations → ask on check out
ii. Run a report to view assignments of assets with locations from Report → Assets → Checkout eventsOption B:
Create a non-login user with the name of a location and assign it the asset -
How Many Items to View in a List Option
Right now for example the ITEMS tab only shows 20 items at once before you have to page over. This kind of sucks.
There should be a simple option to pick how many items you wish to view in that list at one time.. 25..50..75..100.. ALL.

Ability to change Assets to Inventory in bulk?
I'm more wondering if there's a way to change inventory items that are mistakenly labeled as assets? One of our workers added a bunch of items as assets when they're really equipment we rent out to companies. Is there a fast way to do this without having to re-enter each one as inventory and delete the asset version?

Mass Update Group
I would like to update the "Group" of multiple items at one time
1 voteAs an admin you can change group of multiple items by selecting them from main listing and choosing Edit from ‘Actions’ drop down. On ‘Edit Items’ page, there is a ‘Change Group’ button from where you can change the group of all the items that you’ve selected for editing.

Please show the whole Assets name
Since the last update I can no longer see the whole name of my Assets in the list, which is annoying when you have Assets with almost the same name(have a lot of them) but is different models. For example Multiblitz Profilux 400 and Multibltz Profilite 400 and all I can see in the list is Multiblitz Profi... and to choose the right model I have to open and check if choose the right one. Understand it´s a matter of space but maybe if you put the mouse pointer on the name the whole name would show like the balloon…

Example I have 25 air conditioners that need the filters changed four times a year. Or 35 spin bikes that get serviced four times a year.7 votesWe’ve also added the option of making a recurring date alert. You can repeat the alert weekly, monthly or yearly.
Your ‘Service Due’ custom attribute can now be a recurring date alert and you’d not need to worry about update it every time after servicing.

Asset Templates
I have a lot of similar assets, it would be nice if there was a template where I could just fill in the number of that asset, location, name of person ect. I really don't like having to type out each and every asset.

Reservations don't show in iOS
Inventory reservations do not show in iOS. I click on reservations in the item and it is blank.

Page numbers at the top of the page
Put the page numbers at the top of the page. This way you don't need to scroll all the way down when entering product. This would be helpful when setting your page at 100 assets or inventory with pictures.
6 votesWe’re marking this ticket as complete since now you can customize the default sorting order of the listing. By having the asset number ordered in descending order, all new assets will be placed at the top

fix clone 440 issue
When i change group it gives me a 440 error.

Service ticket by groups
To be able to create a service ticket by groups. So that you don't need to enter the same text for every asset in that group. This being very time consuming.
5 votesYou can now start/end the service of multiple assets from the Actions dropdown on the asset listing.
In your specific case you might want to do this through the group’s detail page.Summary of the new workflow:
- Starting a service puts an asset into maintenance state. It becomes available when you ‘End Service’.
- You can still add service tickets to an asset from Asset Detail Page → Services → Add a Service Ticket. This will merely enter a record and not put the asset into maintenance state. -
Batch Printing of QR Codes and item descritption for label
Is it possible to print QR codes of multiple items at once and/or add descriptive text for the item?
We will be labeling shelves and some of our larger assets. The shelf tag with labeling text would assist in organization in our closets (no need to scan) and ease the physical application of the labels so that they don't get mixed up.

Auto Checkout to User
It would be great if when scanning an item using the iOS/Android app, the item would be checked-out immediately to the signed-in user. Is this possible?

Having Trouble Printer from A Brother QL 570
the data I want to print is not being shown the dimensions of the paper 1.1 " x 3.5 " It is being cut off and there is a border showing up that I would not like to show up. Please advise
