Add navigation or "Back" option after editing an Item
When editing a single item you are not able to navigate back to your previous search other than using the back in your browser
EG: Select Filter and in my case select "Location" (location of equipment with be the Perth equipment)
Make changes to the item, adding or removing etc... but when you are complete and have selected the update asset button you are unable to go back to your original filter search.

Export items print label data for commercial printing for current print queue, not all items
It would be nice to be able to export this for just the items in the print queue, instead of pdf or all items

Be able to select Regular Time vs Military Time
Under Settings all the user to select they way they want to view the time when reserving an item.

Customize attribute column views for different groups
I know we can currently change the columns viewed in Assets and Inventory lists. But this view is then applied to all items in assets or inventory. I think it would be good to be able to customize this for each group as well. Different groups have different attributes I want displayed. If this differentiation can be applied down to the group level as well that would help a lot.

Allow user to manually arrange items in Asset list
I would like to be able to drag and drop the assets in my list to where ever I please. An asset list that is customizable and easily arranged would be better for sorting and locating assets. I know that we can already arrange with respect to group and other attributes but this never gets the arrangement exactly how I want it. If I could then move around things freely this would help out a great deal

Shift click to select multiple assets
Would be great to have the ability to shift click or control click to select more than one asset. Currently I have to click on 30 items if I want to get a whole list of items highlighted.

Working on pages, being taken back to home page
When I try to print labels for a filtered group of items (i.e. Tablets) and I select "Print Labels", it takes be back to the main asset page after the action is completed, where I then have to refilter my assets and go to the next page I want to print.
It would be great if you can keep my page on what I am working on instead of always going back to the main asset page after I select an action
1 voteWe’ll be fixing this issue asap – In the meanwhile, can you go to Settings → My Settings and increase page size to 100 (records per page) so that you can select/view more items at an instance.

Allow custom fields to scan data from barcodes
Hello! It would be great to allow a custom field to scan a barcode to enter data.

Custom attributes on group page
It would be great to be able to open the group page and see at the top (or bottom) which custom attributes are associated with that specific group and also be able to edit them.
It would also be great to be able to edit the sub-groups custom attributes so that they are different from the main group. IE: We have a group for IT and Communications, but even though most of the assets in that group have the same attributes, the iPhones have some things that the Laptops don't and visa-versa.3 votes1) Custom Attribute listing and editing under Groups → Great suggestion. Add packages to bundles
It would be nice to link a bundle, ie camera package, to a bundle of items or even to other packages.
7 votesApologies for the delay. This has been delayed because of the recent re-do of bundles. You can try out the updates. Adding bundles to bundles is not yet supported.

not make the messages counter red when it is 0 (zero)
Naturally people associate the red indicator with active notifications, if it is at 0 (zero) it should be be empty or the color should be blue to match the nav bar.

Print Label E-mails
It would be nice for the sent e-mails with the labels to include the item names and/or numbers instead of having no specific information, so when I am looking through them, I know which ones are which.

Option to Auto-Save Edit Changes
Any change I make should automatically be saved without needing to hit the "save" button at the bottom. Several times now I've edited something and forgotten to scroll to the bottom to hit save.

Membership QR codes
Each member should have a QR code that is assigned to them. That way, you could scan a Member's QR code and have it correspond to their checkout history, as well as bulk checkin any assets they are returning.
This could be taken further into a Signature implementation that would legally bind them to any assets they borrow.
4 votesUpdate: While checking out assets from mobile, you can scan a barcode on employee ID card. This barcode should be the ‘Identification Number’ on the member detail page. You can edit a member to update this ID.
You can generate a barcode online using free services. -

We now have a Mass Edit feature. It’s quicker and easier to edit multiple assets from the Actions dropdown on asset listing.

When you save a label, please go back to the label tab, not the first tab of the setttings page.

Custom Checkout Events Reports
We would like a way to look at individual assets in a report and see how many times they were checked out, and who checked them out without manually counting up the events.

Multiple Choice Dropdownlist
It would be nice to have the multiple choice as a dropdownlist. Sometimes when having too many options, one simple dropdownlist will be better than lots of radio buttons.
