Unable to update quantity of existing Asset Stock.

Thank you for your inquiry. If you open the detail page for an asset stock item, you can click Add Stock to the right of the page to add a quantity to inventory (go to Items > Asset Stock > click the AIN for the desired item > Add Stock > enter amount and details > Process Order).

I'd like to be able to search on the value in a custom field.
I have created a field named IMEI SN that carries a specific identification number for a device. When I try to search on that value, or a subset of that value I get no returns.

List more than 25 assets per page
It would be helpful to list more than 25 per page. This would make checking out multiple items easier so you could select them all at once if they are on different pages, rather than checking them all out individually.

To list more than 25 items, go to Settings → My Settings → Maximum Records per page.
You can select a maximum of 100 records.regards

Need Help setting up labels
I am unable to get the labels to line up on Avery L6011 (Heavy Duty Silver Labels)
Page Top Margin: 0.590551
Left Side Margin: 0.314961
Space between labels - Left to right: 0.11811
Space between labels - Top to bottom: 0.001
Label Dimensions:
Width: 2.48Height: 1.142
They do not print down the page correctly, it as if they are moving up the page. The first 3 line up and then the rest below do not.

provide a contact phone number
Your support model is awful. My customer is demoing your software and can not reach anyone. I need to obtain a list of supported hardware for your label design module. If you do not have one then I need to know about compatible hardware. if you do not have this then I will need ot know about the print language you send print jobs in.

You can always drop an email to support@ezofficeinventory.com for a quick reply.For scanners, we have worked well with Voyager 9540 series from Honeywell. It is readily available from online retailers.
We generate pdf’s which can be sent to any standard printer.

Saved Selections or Baskets
Would be very helpful to allow users to select and save assets to baskets or Saved Selections. They may require multiple searches to find all the assets they need in order to take a single action on all of them. Adding assets to basket would let them build a group of selections and perform multi-edits or print labels or check out in batches, rather than one at a time. Much like you fill a shopping basket and check out all at once.

We already have a cart feature. We have enabled it for your account. In the future you can do it from Settings → Add Ons → Cart.
Now you can select a bunch of items and ‘Add to Cart’. Later go to the Cart from the Cart icon on top of the page and perform on action on the cart.Let us know if you face any issues.

Multiple Asset Identification Number Edits
Would it be possible to have a table view to allow for the editing of multiple asset identification numbers at one time with out having to update and select the next asset. OR would it be possible to allow a sequential type clone process of the Asset Identification Number.
For example - we have 130 items that we need to track in our inventory, they all look exactly the same but all need their own unique AID. So we clone 25 at a time and then have to go back in and manually enter in AID's which takes time. If…

sending audit email
Hi I'm trying to audit all the assets/inventory that is checked out by a specific person. I was advised to go to items, change the filter to asset in custody of, chose the person and check off all the items, click action and request an audit. But I don't get an email or anything.... I need to be able to audit per person and have them be able to receive some sort of notification.

After initiating an audit, the person who is the current custodian of the asset will receive an email alert to verify its possession (if they have the Alert configured). Please note the alert is enabled by default but can be disabled by the member themselves.
As soon as they complete a verification, you will receive an email if you have selected from the Alerts section ‘Audit Complete’ and not on a daily digest of alerts.
Alternatively you also head back to the Asset details page and view its state which will be marked ‘Available’ and NOT ‘Audit Requested’.regards

Thanks for getting in touch. You can chose the label template every time you print labels. To do this, go to Notifications bell → Print Queue → unselect ‘Enable Single Step Printing’.
Now every time you print labels, they will keep on getting accumulated in the print queue. Once you have all the required ones in it, you can go to the print queue, chose a template and hit ‘Print All’.

Mass Delete Option?
When I retire a object, is it deleted?

Only the account owner can delete items in mass. The option can be enabled from Settings → Company Settings → Asset Deletion → Allow account owner to delete in mass → Enabled.
Once enabled you can go to Items → Assets → select a bunch of items → Action → Delete.regards

be able to assign inventory to members
It would be nice to see what inventory has been given out to which member.
1 voteWhen you remove stock for an inventory item, the Form asks you the stock quantity to use/remove, the location from where it should be picked, bunch of other info, and “Order For”. Order For records who is consuming/using this stock quantity.
To run numbers on who took how much, have a look at Reports -.> Inventory Report → Stock Summary → Choose a person and a date range
You can also look at individual stock transactions from an inventory record: It’s detail page → History → Stock History

Inventory control including item builds
Hello,
We're a small manufacturing shop looking for an inventory management solution. We need to track smaller components that are combined to create built-items that are then shipped and sold. We need something that can track the components individually, but when a built-item is created and the stock is increased by one, the inventory amount for all the individual components needs to be reduced by one.I'm interested to see if your software has this functionality. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

currency setting
it would be great to select the currency rather that having to use $

You can have any currency symbol here and it’s going to appear with all the prices throughout the app.

Managing inventory
Hi, I'd like to try and implement this idea to our offices inventory. Do you think this is achievable with your application? Please view the link provided; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKesdPQC814. Additionally, how would I assign QR codes to a group of products? Can their UPN or barcode be linked with the QR codes?

To have a QRCode for a type of item, you can have it created either as:
1. Inventory (consumables)
OR
2. Asset Stock (stock quantities are tracked). Asset Stock can be enabled from Settings → Add OnsOnce the items have been added to EZO, use the print label functionality to print their label. To customize the label, go to Settings → Print Label

search by location from mobile app
I need to be able to search by "location" from the mobile app. Seems like it currently only supports searching by asset name.
