Update charts along with its relevant data
Whenever pulling data of each indiviudual group chart or as per location, the data that is extracted does not match the group/location charts.

I do want to create a group that does not have visibility to all assets only a certain location. How do i do that?

Locations not showing!!!!
Did a full import of my locations but not all of them are viewable! Plus, when ai try to add them manually now they say they have already been created.

hi some question about barcode
we want to track our product, for example we have 30 same product,
i must create 30 time barcode?
because if i created 1 barcode and use 1 barcode for 30 item , it doesnt help me track that is my item missing or not, so if i have 30 item i must print our 30 unique barcode?1 vote -
Sharepoint Document Library Linking
We used to be able to bulk upload our assets using an excel template that included a column for Images and Documents. We simply put our sharepoint document library link here and it would become a clickable link under the documents section of the asset. We have been trying to perform this action today but it is no longer operating like this and the link is no longer appearing in the asset. Please help as this is an integral part of our production process now.

Switch Inventory to Asset Stock
Allow edit of item listed as Inventory to be changed to Asset Stock and vice versa. Opening, clicking edit, clicking delete, and then being brought ALL THE WAY out to Items before adding the same thing back over in Asset Stock of a specific Group and Subgroup is a huge hassle. Ten clicks or so to get back where I want to be. If I've discovered a problem about how something was input, I should be able to change it quickly, the same way I can edit an item's Group or Subgroup.

make the maximum barcode number longer
when I scan in our main inventory item, it tells me the number is too long. is there a way to fix this?

Secondary level of asset sorting
After one column has been selected for sorting assets, there should be a selectable secondary column to sort by. Think think this: Microsoft Excels ability to sort the columns in levels selected by the user.
Example: There are items checked out to 5 people. The items checked out to person A, and B. Person A and person B are set to return items at the same time. Person C, D, and E all have their items coming back at different times. Persons C+D returning before, and person E returning after, persons A+B...

Audit request emails should not be included in Daily Digest
Requesting an audit implies that I need to step out of the standard daily-messaging format, and need the email to be sent to my staff immediately, so that they can acknowledge the Audit Request outside of their normal daily digest email, which is ignored by rote.

Allow Selected Columns in Custom Report to Select Multiple
In Custom Reports, when you attempted to highlight more than 1 item and move the item up or down in the column order, it errors and copies each and every item over and over. If you do a single item and try to move it up or down, it works just fine. Not a big deal, just wanted to let you know.

is there a way to change the "purchased on" date format?
I would like to change the format to "mm/dd/yyyy", but it's stuck on "ddmmmyyyy". I have a custom date field, (donated on) that is set up with my preferred date format and I would like the other date field, purchased on) to match. Can you help me?

Have the ability for a supervisor to approve a request by a user in their user listing.
Currently once a reservation has been made the supervisor can either check it out or deny it. It seems like they should be able to approve the request before the actual checkout date so that the requester knows what is happening.

Fix these glitches
Since the start of the year we have noticed at least two glitches in the system, which are both rather irritating.
- When selecting a location (for both check-ins and check-outs). You click the drop down menu for location, EZ thinks about it, then pretends to drop the menu down, but doesn't. You have to wait for the glitch to occur before clicking the menu a second time. Only then does the menu in fact drop down.
- When checking out inventoried items, the "Check-out indefinitely" box is ticked, when previously this was not the case. This box should be permanently unticked,…
