  1. Staff Receive Against PO

    Currently, it appears that only administrators can receive Inventory against POs. Can you please also allow staff to receive against POs? It seems really strange that you would require Administrators to do the receipts.

  2. PO Receipts

    When receiving against a PO, the system should prompt for the location into which the inventory will be received. We have items that are in multiple locations, and we need to indicate at receiving where the inventory is being stored.

  3. Purchase Orders

    It would be great if when you create a purchase order, it works the same way as when you request stock. The PO still needs approval and is submitted for approval.

  6. Add a bundle of inventory items to be consumed as part of a service record

    Some standard service types require a common list of 5 separate inventory items that need to be added to the service record so that inventory is properly adjusted. It would be great if these 5 separate items could be bundled so that you only had to add the bundle to the service record and not 5 separate items. Thanks!

  16. Change access to the assets

    It is very time consuming to enter into one asset and then have to return to the dashboard to access a second asset. It would be nice if there was a feature where you could select/check in multiple pieces of equipment at once.

  17. Is there a way to do an inventory update on "Items" ?

    Ultimately my goal is to ask users to validate they have all item that have been assigned to then, and to let us know if they have anything that isn't.
    - Is there an automated way to do this ?
    - Is there a way to pull a report for Items that do not have a history entry in the past year ?

    I am trying to modify the master template and create a clone with diferent things to print, but even if I clic on create, the template does not appear in the available template for printout.

  19. Improve page searching / scrolling on Members Directory

    I have duplicate members across 17 pages (800 members). Each time I have deactivated the duplicates, it reloads back to page 1. Which means I have to click and load page 3, then page 4, then page 5 etc to get back to page 10 of members directory. There is no easy way to get to pages other than a tedious clicking...

  20. Allow more functionality (easy ones)

    Hello team,

    Here are a few updates that should be a piece of cake for the programmers in IT:

    1) Allow "tab" function on the keyboard to jump to the next cell
    2) Don't leave a field/cell when leaving browser tab
    3) Enable arrows under Inventory tab (they are currently there but only the arrows at the bottom of the screen work, after scrolling all the way down the list)

    Above all, the system takes a bit to load - so the big "ask" is to make the system lighter or provide more capacity for the system to load a…
