Hi! You can’t recover deleted locations, but you could just create a new one and mass edit it to include all the items previously associated with it. This is pretty straight-forward because you don’t actually delete assets associated to a location if you happen to delete a location itself!

custom field on reservation
I am trying to setup a configuration such that: the staff user is required to fill in a custom field when adding a reservation. I have tried several variations of the settings (custom field > requiring value on reservation) and on the company settings (enable arbitration on reservations on/off), but I cannot get any combination to result in the intended behavior. Seems like a bug.
If this is not possible, can I instead make it not possible for users to make any reservation nor make any checkouts ... but only be able to see assets, their checkin/out status and future…

When you are adding the custom field you also need to select the option ‘Editable by staff user,’ along with ‘display at checkout’ and ‘display at reservation.’ Please try this out and let me know if this works for you. I am also sending this to you via a separate email with images.

Check In/Out from Spreadsheet
When checking in multiple assets from an imported spreadsheet. Is there a way to designate a location?
1 voteUnfortunately, location is not one of the fields that can be updated during a check in check out import. The only fields that can be updated are the ones available for mapping in the dropdown.

Mobile App is gone form worse to useless
can't sing in on any of our 56 mobile devices sees not send email confirmation, dies not update password when entered on desktop.
These recent changes have left our company in a very difficult position when trying to manage our inventory. It we be some time before we are ale to find a new solution. Really wish we could just utilize the platforms that worked for us over the last 5 years

Fix an issue with logging into the app with two-factor authentication.
We were unable to login because the mobile app redirects back to login before entering the code for authentication.

bulk update inventory quantities
I feel like I must be missing it, but I do not see a way to update inventory items' quantities via a bulk import. Is this feature available? I don't see stock quantity as an column option when attempting to import

Employee Inventory tracking
It would be useful to be able to track which employee has added/removed items from the inventory and what quantity was added/removed. This would help to ensure that our inventory was being properly utilized (i.e., make sure that maintenance staff are not removing more janitorial supplies than they really need, if hey need one bottle of bleach then they should not be removing twenty bottles).

You can get this information from Items > inventory > select item > click on the stock history button at the right side of the screen. You can see who removed how much stock at what time.

Have a Phone number or better communication for Paying clients
I'm scheduled for a training and cannot find any info on how to sign in, and have sent multiple emails.
I will not allow this to be part of my free 90 minute training as you did not give any details. I will cancel at the end of my trial unless i hear from someone.

The wait duration of 30 minutes from yesterday will not be included in your training time as the training did not take place. I understand your frustration and will make sure that your scheduled training takes place on time. We shared with you the cancellation email that we received from the scheduling software. You’ve mentioned that you did not cancel the meeting, therefore we are following up with the third party app on why we received the email.

Reservation
You should be able to select your reservation date and then do a search for assets that are available for the time frame you entered. Right now it seems to be trial and error. I added 10 assets(Loaner Laptops) and i first selected the first asset and chose the time I wanted to reserve pressed reserved and it came back that there was a reservation conflict. So then I click on the next asset chose the time I wanted to reserve the item and it to said it was already reserved. After doing this process for the first 8 Laptops,…
