Allow to resort your inventory Items Newest added to Oldest
In our initial adding of all our inventory into the system, we were operating on a laptop for creating assets / entering info and a phone for taking photos/scanning barcodes. With the phone, every time we went to access the newly created assed, we would be stuck starting at the top of the items list (oldest created) and have to scroll down, cycle through many pages, and find the newest created item to then photograph and barcode. Option to hide comments from staff
It would be great to have the option to hide notes or comments from staff users
OR
Have a place that we can put notes for only administrators to see regarding assets or inventory.
Sometimes we would like to write down something regarding a certain asset or inventory item that we don't necessarily want the staff to have access to.

Collapsible locations
When selecting a location it brings up the entire list of locations and those nested under them. Would it be possible to have it so you drill down in to each one rather than them being all open?

Audit assets in storage
We need to be able to "audit" items that are checked in. Items checked out are delivered to clients. Items not checked out are "checked in" to a storage facility. We would like to be able to set all items at storage to "Audit" so that a tech can scan and verify that these assets are actually at the storage facility.

Customized Dashboard for Staff
Would it be possible to customize the dashboard for staff entering the system? For example to add any needed announcements, optionally launch them into the asset/inventory catalog, or instructions on how the company would like inventory items requested?

Fix these glitches
Since the start of the year we have noticed at least two glitches in the system, which are both rather irritating.
- When selecting a location (for both check-ins and check-outs). You click the drop down menu for location, EZ thinks about it, then pretends to drop the menu down, but doesn't. You have to wait for the glitch to occur before clicking the menu a second time. Only then does the menu in fact drop down.
- When checking out inventoried items, the "Check-out indefinitely" box is ticked, when previously this was not the case. This box should be permanently unticked,…

Future Dates for Custom Field Filters on Asset List
Custom fields should be able to be filtered by "Next Month" or "Next X days" for fields such as "Maintenance Due" so that one can get a look at what maintenance tasks are upcoming. Currently "This Month" is an option, but doesn't work. It gives an error "Filter Value cannot be blank".

Add Bulk Check-Ins, Service Events and Location Transfers to Asset Stock
There currently seems to be an arbitrary division between the type of actions that can be executed on Assets vs. those that can be executed on Asset Stock.
For example, Asset Stock are not consumables (Inventory) and yet there is no current way of handling repairs to asset stock (e.g. 4 of 10 widgets are at vendor for repair).
Also there is no way to transfer asset stock from one location to another. In order to accomplish a "transfer", stock needs to be retired from one location, and then "purchased" or added to the new location. This is cumbersome and…

Hyperlink PO Number in a custom column to a digital scan uploaded doc
IN my custom column PO Number I have the po numbers listed. It would be awesome if I could click on the PO Number in the column and have it open the digital scan of the PO I uploaded
included in this would be mass edit link doc to selected rows in a selected column

Edit list of Reasons for Retiring assets
Would be nice to be able to edit the list of reasons to Retire assets. Items can be sold several different ways. An item might be retired because it was damaged or nonfunctional. The current list almost fits our needs, and we can add comments to be more specific, but editing the list would be better, making data entry faster and more consistent. Thanks.

Why can't I search on all fields for Members?
I should be able to return a list of my members from their department. Or I should be able to find a member by any data field in their entry.

Asset Photo from previously uploaded photos
Allow selecting a photo from another asset instead of uploading from my computer.

Similar to "Scan Multiple Items for checkout"
Let user also set new location, so that not only do they check out multiple items at once, but indicate which location they will be transferred to, or received at. We need one person to be able to quickly scan and check out 50 to 100 items, and list them as on a truck or in a new location.

Integration with Salesforce!
Would love to be able to connect EZOffice with Salesforce, tying our assets to custom objects so that we can assign them to opportunities as related objects.

Please make the size of document/URL size bigger than 10mb. My company needs to downlaod bigger files to certain assets.
We were on the 15 day trial and loved it! The only setback, and big one, is that 10MB is not big enough to attach a video or pictures to certain assets. If the size was made bigger, my company would buy the Platinum package ASAP.

Easier Bundle Creation
It would be really convenient to be able to check the assets that need to be added to a bundle and then select "Add to Bundle" under the "Actions" tab. Would be especially helpful to create a bundle for assets that were just imported from an Excel sheet and all being checked out to same location/user.
