add the option to modify someone's reservation at point of checkout.
When a staff user reserves a cart those items are bundled together and no modifications can be made. In my situation when someone comes to pick up equipment it is possible that the person before hasn't returned something they need and I need to make modifications. Right now I have to cancel their entire reservation, make a new cart and check it out under their name. It would be nice to be able to delete items individually out of a cart reservation.
2 votesThis was patched a while ago. Before proceeding to the checkout, you can use the Edit option (last column on reservations list) and remove items as per your needs.

Members Photo upload
Ability to upload photos of members added so that clear identification can be made.

View All
Rather than having to flick through all of the pages to find the asset your looking for, have an option to "view all" and see the entire list of assets on the one page.

Having a (potentially) long/endless page is a performance overhead. There are ways to improve the browsing through pages experience:
1) Increase your page size to the maximum from Settings → My Settings → Records per page
The max you can go is 100 records per page
2) Use the page navigation on top to go to the next page. Click on the page number here to jump to a specific page.

You need to help track inventory in the field
Here is a thing: I really don't see much pain in tracking office assets because... well, there aren't so many of them. Having employees check in and out assets seems a little over the board in my mind. But I do think it will be a fantastic tool to help track assets in the field. Meaning, help track assets in possession of employees who are not in the office. Such assets get lost much more often and it takes considerable time to locate them. Unable to check items out in classification view
When I click the "check out" after i navigate through the classification view. It does nothing.... But the check in botton works.

QR printing doesn't work
when sent to gmail mail accounts (or google apps mail accounts) the attachment with QR codes cannot be opened (clicking the link "click to download", referring to attachment does nothing) due to content ID mismatch with inline attachment. please fix

Add new assets when in category view
It would be nice to have a "Create Assest" button when your in the category/group view.
(Maybe even have it auto fill the group with the one your currently viewing)

Auto E-mails to users (And admins) who have overdue items
E-mail to user would be (Hey, you stil have bla bla bla out, what is the status? Need more time? Contact so and so if no please return it asap.
and then e-mail to admins saying so and so still has bla bla bla out. and then be able to extend the time out or w/e.

In addition we’re working on improving the filters on the main asset listing page to enable admins to quickly view overdue assets. -

store labels PDFs
I'd love to be able to store my "printed" labels PDF on my account for later download, so I don't have to go digging through my email any time I want to reference/print labels.

Print asset name under its QR code
So that I can do two things: keep a printed binder of all my QR codes for easier and faster scanning/checkout, and print those codes as labels to stick on my items directly.

API for EZOffice
It would be nice if you had an API so that we could pull information from EzOffice and be able to add information to EzOffice. This would allow us to pull the information to a local DB for workflow and reports. It could also allow upload of users from a directory.

I love the new layout, but it doesn't love Chrome..
As the title says, Chrome doesn't display some/most of the text correctly.
