  1. At the moment, I see no way to Audit items that do not have QR codes.

    For example, we have a patrol member (Staff User) with a backpack, which does not have a QR code for practical reasons. He does not have a phone with the app installed, and is not allowed to log in to the web interface.

    How should the backpack be verified/audited? I would like a Admin user to be able to Verify the item for the Staff User, as the Admin user is the one with the app and login credentials.

  2. The ability to use EZoffice with Azure AD pre-integrated apps would be great, currently to use EZoffice with SAML it would require Azure AD premium.

    Is there any chance for EZoffice to support this?

  4. Every time I'm sitting at my desk at work and have EzOffice inventory open people think I'm on Facebook and its rather embarrassing. A more generic or corporate colour scheme would be more suitable for office use.

  5. IN my custom column PO Number I have the po numbers listed. It would be awesome if I could click on the PO Number in the column and have it open the digital scan of the PO I uploaded

    included in this would be mass edit link doc to selected rows in a selected column

  7. We try to plan our events weeks in advance, but often plans can change, or new events come up that might overlap on different pieces of equipment. We would like the ability to add/remove items from cart reservations, change dates, and maybe even move items between carts. For example, Event 1 is planned with Cameras A, B, and C. But then a week before Event 1 another event, Event 2, comes up on the same day. So now I need to reallocate Camera A to Event 2, and add Camera D to event 1 based on the needs/priorities of events.…

  9. I see you are able to export to dropbox. The company I work for uses microsoft 365 for all of our documents, email,ect I think it would be a good idea to have an option to export to one drive.

  10. It would be beneficial to be able to use the the GPS Data from a mobile device to autofill the location of assets being tracked. Right now there is only the option of manually entering this information which can increase workload for an organization tracking many assets.

  14. Would be very nice to have Back and Forward < > navigation buttons to move through sequential records while editing. Our users typically edit records one at a time. From the Edit screen, after Updating the record, they click on the Asset menu or the page Back button, which returns them to the whole list, when they just need to go to the next record. The tricky part would be to have the navigation reflect what every sorting or search results they have done. Would be useful, though less so, in other element records, as well, such as locations.

  15. As someone reserving assets, it would be great if I could request reservations based on asset groups instead of individual assets. This would allow staff users to specify the type of asset they need, but would allow equipment administrators to select the most appropriate member of an asset group when preparing the reservation for pick up.

    The specific asset only needs to be defined when the reservation is approved.

    Thank you for the request. The current functionality allows an administrator to cancel the reservation and check out the correct item. However we have forwarded a request to allow update of reservation as well as select from a group of assets.

  18. The Low inventory report currently includes "description" with no way to chose not to show this field. "Description" for our medical items contains drug information and is quite long, and causes the rows in the report to be extremely long. The option to customize columns shown would help this.

    It is also unnecessary to have every field and every custom field on every report.

  19. It would be really convenient to be able to check the assets that need to be added to a bundle and then select "Add to Bundle" under the "Actions" tab. Would be especially helpful to create a bundle for assets that were just imported from an Excel sheet and all being checked out to same location/user.
