Your support model is awful. My customer is demoing your software and can not reach anyone. I need to obtain a list of supported hardware for your label design module. If you do not have one then I need to know about compatible hardware. if you do not have this then I will need ot know about the print language you send print jobs in.

For scanners, we have worked well with Voyager 9540 series from Honeywell. It is readily available from online retailers.
We generate pdf’s which can be sent to any standard printer.
