Issue with default "Checkout Indefinitely"
When checking an item out, the "Checkout Indefinitely" option is checked by default. However, the item does not get checked out indefinitely, it uses the date in the field (filled in by default). The work around is to unselect then select the"Checkout Indefinitely" option before saving. Or of course use the "extend Checkout" option later. I am using Chrome on Mac OSX.

PS: to checkout items indefinitely by DEFAULT, go to Name -> Settings -> Company Settings -> Policy -> Default Return Date and Time. Set the Days to 0 and save.
