custom field on reservation
I am trying to setup a configuration such that: the staff user is required to fill in a custom field when adding a reservation. I have tried several variations of the settings (custom field > requiring value on reservation) and on the company settings (enable arbitration on reservations on/off), but I cannot get any combination to result in the intended behavior. Seems like a bug.
If this is not possible, can I instead make it not possible for users to make any reservation nor make any checkouts ... but only be able to see assets, their checkin/out status and future reservation.

When you are adding the custom field you also need to select the option ‘Editable by staff user,’ along with ‘display at checkout’ and ‘display at reservation.’ Please try this out and let me know if this works for you. I am also sending this to you via a separate email with images.
