allow administrators to Verify Possession for Staff Users
At the moment, I see no way to Audit items that do not have QR codes.
For example, we have a patrol member (Staff User) with a backpack, which does not have a QR code for practical reasons. He does not have a phone with the app installed, and is not allowed to log in to the web interface.
How should the backpack be verified/audited? I would like a Admin user to be able to Verify the item for the Staff User, as the Admin user is the one with the app and login credentials.

Any progress on this? It's a bit of a dealer breaker to only be able to audit items by a) email or b) QR code. It seems odd that an administrator can't audit items without a QR code.
On the app, this would be a simple work flow - you can already select the items and hit Verify, but it current produces an error saying you're not allowed to do that. If this was implemented, it could just confirm verification instead of reporting an error.
