Provide an offline version and refine the labeling system
This program is exactly what I'm looking for but I am not fond of the fact that it is completely held online. I would like to see a local version with local databases held on a server in-house. We can't afford for our entire inventory to be held online at the chance that your databases go down.
Also, we need to print very small barcodes for some of our equipment and I cannot scale the label creator small enough for them (think Avery labels). This is besides the fact that when I scale them down, they become unreadable by our barcode scanner.
A few changes and this would be perfect.

Thanks for dropping your feedback Barry.
Unfortunately, "offline" is still a far off goal for us. -

I too would like to have an offline function that would be able to link up and sync data once a day. We are using this on boats that have sporadic internet connections.

Seriously, a tutorial is a simple thing to create and if you value your business (and ours) you should create multiple 2-3 minute videos showing how to do what your program can do.

For offline access, please use the following report:
Report - > All Active Assets
This way, you'll know you always have all the data and can even use it to populate a completely new account on our system. Let me know if this suffices

Kashif, the offline mode is just for ensuring access to information. Its not meant to be a replacement for the SaaS app.
We've already implemented this as a 'report' that dumps all assets and their details, and as such can be used for offline access when needed

In my opinion the system should not run on local system. Instead the option of daily data backups can be provided. So that users can backup their daily data on their local systems.

I also noticed a suggestion of linking the members to Active Directory. This would be a fantastic feature and quite do-able with a local software package.

I have tried several custom labels and may need to just toy with it more, but the smaller the label gets, the more pixelated the image becomes and is unreadable. Emailing about the offline version now.

Have you tried creating custom print labels by
1. Click Settings
2. Select sub tab Print Label
3. Below the Print Label tag, there is a button to add a new template, select thatFor the offline access, we provide the ability to export all the data from the reports tab. If that does not meet your needs, lets discuss (email us info@ezofficeinventory.com) .
