Adjust what spots labels print to
It would be nice to have the ability to change the spot of where the label is printed. Often you may only print a few labels at a time and it would be nice to be able to reuse that same sheet of labels easily by adjusting the position. Also it would be cool to be able to download the print job directly through the web browser instead of having to go through the email first.
Hi everyone,
Just wanted to update that this feature is out! You can go to to the Print Queue (Bell icon → Print Queue) and specify where to insert the blank labels. E.g. from the index 4-7.
FYI the label index runs left to right, and top to bottom.
Let us know your thoughts!

I just tested it out and IT WORKS GREAT!! We have long awaited this feature as we have stacks and stacks of Avery 5160 label sheets with only the first label that has been used so we won't have to buy label sheets again for a long time!
THANK YOU!!!

Is there an update on this? I think an ideal solution would be to have a button that would insert a blank label into the print queue. That way if I needed to use the third label on a sheet of 30 Avery labels then I could click twice to insert two blank labels and before adding the actual label that I want to print into the queue. The button would use the already specified label dimensions by referencing the current default label except it just wouldn't show any of the labels text/graphics.

I would appreciate being able to resize the QR code. I have multiple items that need a code less than .5" Being able to print on Avery Address Labels and Return Address Labels would be ideal.

Let us discuss this in detail with our Product Team and see what kind of a solution can we have here. -

I could go in and setup print margins in a new label template, but that is a very impractical work-around because I would have to create 30 new label templates in order to be able to print a label from each position on the label sheet. And even if I were to create 30 new label templates it would take even longer to go find and select that label template that I want to use. I currently have about $100 worth of avery label sheets that only have the first label used because I need to print just one label at a time almost every day.

- Check out the Advanced settings in Label Templates (Settings -> Print Label -> Edit/New Label Template). You can set margins to position the label print anywhere on the page/roll you are printing.
- Instead of going through the email, you can directly print the labels from Notifications Hub -> Print Queue -> Recently Printed

This is actually an issue that my company deals with on a daily basis. Currently the workaround is to let the print jobs build up in the queue until you have a full page, but that slows down work-flow. I think that if there was a button that you could click to add a blank label to the print queue it would allow users to print labels exactly where they need to instead of having to get a sheet of 30 labels and only be able to print one label on it.
Do you think that feature could be added?

Unless you know each column and row settings for printing a QR code on an Avery 22805 label, it is all trial and error in trying to print a QR label (or any label for that matter) in a specific spot.
What would be very helpful is if you provided a screenshot showing where on the page the label(s) are located on the page so that there is no waste of time of printing, adjusting, printing, adjusting, etc. until you get it right.

Has there been any update to this?

While I understand how this feature might be of use, there are workarounds eg, adding bogus assets for printing to fill up the used spots on the Avery label.
We've classified this as a low impact feature and based on how development of our existing roadmap pans out, will update the status for this

Hi Syed, you've responded to the question on the viewing the print job, but do you have any response to the question on where the label is put on the pdf? As the OP states, if we were to add another asset, we may use an Avery Label sheet that has been used before and thus the top left label has already been used. Would output to a Word document file solve this?
thanks in advance -
You can access the print jobs by going to the print queue tab and reviewing the recent print jobs on the right side of the page.
