Multiple Item reservation/checkout
Can you set this to allow a user to request multiple items at a single time (not items in a package). Say I want Items A, B, D, & Z. Have them send to a Reservation Queue or check-out Queue so the administrator and user get the complete list in 1 email rather than 4 or 5 emails upon checkout or reservation.

- The Cart feature is out. Assets and inventory can be collected in the cart while browsing items.

We are implementing a solution in line with your suggestions. It'll be a part of our release next month.
We recently added an Android feature to scan multiple items in a go and take various actions (See our blog post for details: http://blog.ezofficeinventory.com/label-scanning-shopping-cart-released-productivity-boost-alert/). We expect to have this feature in our iOS app by early next week.

I agree with the "shopping cart" idea. It's a lot easier to add everything that will be checked out to one member to a cart, review the items, then check them all out in one fail swoop (especially since we use QR codes for our items).

The Alerts tab allows for users to configure the email settings, which can be switched to Daily Digest to have only one email sent out per day at the most.
We're also about to release a Reservations feature where a user will be able to review all their reservations in one place to avoid any confusion -
