Make it possible to set the minimum threshold on inventory different.
I would like to be able to set the minimum threshold for some of my inventory items higher than others depending on the item and how often I have to reorder.

You can set a minimum threshold specific to each inventory record. This value can be mentioned in Low Stock Threshold while editing/creating new inventory items.

This would be extremely helpful to have customizable thresholds. The threshold alerts have been great but we have items that can have higher and lower thresholds.
