more options under sending emails
I want to get a email when a asset is under repair comment so I can give this info to bosses so they know when a asset is being repaired.
want to be able to send email updates to certain emails, more than one without that person having an login

You should have 'Comments on service' option checked in the Alerts tab. Now every time someone else enters a comment in a service, you will receive an email.
Please note that these comments are different from the general comments on an asset. Also this alert option is only available to admin users. (You may want to add your colleague to EZOfficeInventory as an admin, if he/she is already not there.)
For the second part of your question, can you please give some more details.
- You want some members of your company to receive some alerts that you can not find under the Alerts tab?
or
- You want to send these alerts to someone who is not listed under Members tab?
