I am having an EXTREMELY difficult time managing the EZ Office Inventory mobile app. I brought up the menu so that I could select the option to scan a label, which worked fine - but, now there's nothing I can do make the sidebar menu go away. I've even tried signing out and signing back in.

This may happen due to sluggish internet/data connectivity. Can you confirm that you’re able to browse the internet without any issues.
Is this the first occurrence of this issue or have you seen this before? If yes, which phone are you using?
