Can you provide an example of how this feature can be used. Will the user define such rules? e.g. for all HP Laptops where model number = 12345, have a service every 6 months.
We're also working on a recurring date alert feature. This will be a custom attribute, allowing you to set periodic date alerts e.g. every month on 1st. You can set this periodic alert for multiple assets to track services. Do you think it'll help in servicing automation?
