  1. Moving through the assets

    If you're looking at an asset's details page, it would be cool if there was a button that would take you directly to the next asset's details page.

  2. Reservation Calendar is Not Accurate

    I found that the calendar for February 2016 is shifted by one day. For example, after making a reservation for Friday the 5th, the calendar then shows Saturday as the 5th, and my reservation is offset from what it should be.

    I really wish I could just upload a screenshot too.

  5. Fix cloning for multiple choice custom fields

    When cloning items with multiple choice (check box) custom fields, the options are not displayed. Clicking Clone, you then get an error saying Field can't be blank. Then the fields are shown correctly, and you can select them and Clone.

    For dropbox fields, only the selected value from the item being cloned is available for choice, but is not selected by default. Once the error is displayed like above, you can then select any of the drop down options.

  6. Allow coloumns to be chosen (or hidden) on reports

    The Low inventory report currently includes "description" with no way to chose not to show this field. "Description" for our medical items contains drug information and is quite long, and causes the rows in the report to be extremely long. The option to customize columns shown would help this.

    It is also unnecessary to have every field and every custom field on every report.

  7. Assets not sorting in all views

    When viewing all Assets in List view, you can sort to show newest first. This sort order is retained when you switch to Thumbnails view. However, when you enter a Group to view only those Assets, the sort order does is not retained in Thumbnails view – it always shows oldest first. (It seems to work occasionally, but not consistently.)

    Would be nice to be able to change the sort order while in Thumbnails view. Maybe also filter by date added.

  8. Please make the size of document/URL size bigger than 10mb. My company needs to downlaod bigger files to certain assets.

    We were on the 15 day trial and loved it! The only setback, and big one, is that 10MB is not big enough to attach a video or pictures to certain assets. If the size was made bigger, my company would buy the Platinum package ASAP.

  9. Make locations scannable with labels that are printable.

    We often store many small loose items in bins or boxes. We could enter each as a Location, but the list would become unmanageable. Would be nice if we could enter a Bin or Box# in a separate related field, for that field to be scannable, and to allow printing of QR code labels for those bins. Somewhat similar to the way the "Asset Identification Number" field can be scanned for easy entry. You could then scan the asset label and scan the bin label to enter its location.

  11. Checkout form

    I would very much like a checkout form that would be event based. You could search via member and it would list their checkouts that you could choose. These checkouts would list both assets and stock assets. You would be able to edit the columns that print and save that report template (kind of like how you can in custom report). Alternative idea would be to print cart contents (which include assets and stock assets).

  12. import data to EZ Office

    Hi!
    We've got some data in Excel format which we'd like to import to EZ Office for every single asset - e.g. special inventory number. Opening every assets and completing this field will be really time-consuming. Is it possible to resolve it in a different way?

  14. Bulk action to change display picture doesn't work.

    I select multiple items, then Action > Change Display Picture. I select my image from the library. Save. Display image is not updated or added.

    We use lots of equipment and we are usually pressed for time and checking out is very time consuming. If there was a list view where we could type in the numbers and hit checkout once to checkout all the items, that would be ideal.

  19. Create Packages from Asset Actions Menu

    Rather than search one at a time to add assets to a package, would be more efficient to be able to do that from the Assets list view. That would allow us to search or sort on items that meet certain criteria, select multiple items at once, and create a new Package with those items, add them to an existing Package, or remove them from a Package.

    When trying to search by asset number it will ask us to enter 3 more charactors or more. Is there anyway you can add this? Thank you!
