  1. Don't go back to the beginning when updating assets

    When i am updating assets on the list, I don't want it to keep going back to the biginning every time. I want it to remeber which ssection I was working in last and take me there when I go back in the system.

    Your request has been forwarded to Product Management for review. We will update you once we hear back on it. In the meantime, you can use the breadcrumb above the modules to return to the Assets section. It will not allow going to the exact page you were on but will take you to the first assets page directly. Hope this helps.

  2. Add subgroup tab in Items

    It would be nice to have subgroups listed as one of the tabs when looking at the Items section. Even better, it would be great to edit the tabs that are visible. I don't think I'll ever look at the vendors tab, for instance.

  4. I messed something up when I updated user listings

    After the update the it@thecdm.ca user is now administrator and can not see all the admin functions. Can you change it?

  6. allow service tickets to be opened for users

    Occasionally service on an asset is not for the item but the user. I would like to be able to track how many time a user has requested service that wasn't related to a problem with the asset, but instead a user error issue. Open Service Tickets for users.

    At the moment there is no support for Service tickets on users but will be forwarded to product management for review based on the demand of this request. We will update you as soon as there is more information.

  7. transfer items

    You should have a tab that allows you to just do a simple transfer instead of having to remove an item and then having to add the same item to a particular location.

  9. LDAP import

    When you use LDAP the system does not actually sync with the entire users list. The user needs to log in once to be added to the list. Is there a way to automatically import users?

  11. How would we write a transfer ticket?

    If i pack items in one warehouse, i list, online, all that's in the shipment....when the other store receives the shipment, they check the "packlist" online, and verify everything has been received. Is there a similar process with EZOffice that i am missing? thank you.

  12. Adding iPhone barcode scanner

    I hope this already exists, but I would love to be able to use a laser barcode scanner that I can synch with the EZ Office App via Bluetooth. Sometimes the QR codes/BarCodes do not scan well when they are on a flat surface so having a laser would help in those hard to reach places.

  16. Add Bulk Check-Ins, Service Events and Location Transfers to Asset Stock

    There currently seems to be an arbitrary division between the type of actions that can be executed on Assets vs. those that can be executed on Asset Stock.

    For example, Asset Stock are not consumables (Inventory) and yet there is no current way of handling repairs to asset stock (e.g. 4 of 10 widgets are at vendor for repair).

    Also there is no way to transfer asset stock from one location to another. In order to accomplish a "transfer", stock needs to be retired from one location, and then "purchased" or added to the new location. This is cumbersome and…

  18. Easier Bundle Creation

    It would be really convenient to be able to check the assets that need to be added to a bundle and then select "Add to Bundle" under the "Actions" tab. Would be especially helpful to create a bundle for assets that were just imported from an Excel sheet and all being checked out to same location/user.

  20. Allow Asset Stock Check-In from Main Asset Stock Interface

    I would like to be able to Check-In Asset Stock from the main Asset Stock interface. Currently the user has to click on each individual Asset Stock item to check it in which can be tedious if they have a large quantity of Asset Stock items.

    Overdue Asset Stock should also be shown after the login screen because users are getting overdue notices but don't think they have anything checked out to them.
