Checkout/Reservation Project (Not Asset Associated)
We need the ability to have a project associated with a reservation/checkout, NOT associated with an asset.
Example: Starbucks Commercial. When checking out hundreds of pieces of video production gear, we don't want all that gear to be associated with the Starbucks Commercial as a custom attribute, but we need to be able to associate that checkout/reservation with a project, not just a custodian. I need to be able to see which project that all the gear is currently assigned to, regardless of custodian. Add ability to track what room the asset is in
I only have one building with hopes of expanding so it would be great to have the ability to track what room our assets are in.

Tracking whether reservations are completed
I would like a way to see whether the assets I reserved have actually been checked out as I intended them to. Not broken down by asset, but as a whole, these five objects were intended to go here, and were not checked out. So a custom report that tells you if items were not checked in or out as intended.
I think I can currently use Date overdue for this function, but I would like a more comprehensive way to do this.

An automatic reminder or Alarm when due for calibration
the ability to set up annual reminders based on when the calibration expires and EZOffice automatically sends and email to all administrators reminding them of the upcoming calibrations due

Bulk Check In
The ability to use the cart to check in assets would be useful. Pretty much use it the same way as booking out by adding to cart or scanning. Then clicking a check in button, only option really needed then would be its location change if needed.
We have multiple members that all come and check in at the same time. If we could just do a big bulk scan and check in with the cart at the end of the day we would save loads of time.

Print
it would be great if I could Print the Full Description of each Item with photos even better to save it to PDF would be amazing ,it's looks more better from a business standpoint if the form is not printed from a web page... (just a thought from something I did read ) If there is a way I have not found it

give an option for signitures when checking out
When checking in/out items, it would be great to have an option for signatures of an employee. This would help solve many issues with items being checked out by the wrong person, but also would give an extra blanket of security for the company.

Custom Filters applied locally
Right now, if you apply a custom filter when already searching in a certain view, the filter is applied without that view applied anymore. For example, if I am in location 'Office' and I apply a custom filter to search for a group called 'Computers' it returns all group 'Computers' rather than the 'computers' in location 'Office'. I think the filter should take into account the restrictions already applied by the view you are using currently.

Package Asset Stocks
Currently, you cannot add asset stock to packages...
1 voteIn a packages, a set of assets are bound to one another. They’re are always checked out or reserved together.
Asset Stock adds some complexity to it which we’re avoiding for now. We can take this up if there are more votes to this suggestion/ -
[Urgent] Cannot Checkout Multiple Asset Stock
As of right now, you cannot checkout/reserve/add-to-cart multiple items of asset stock. For example: if you wanted to add 20 asset-stock chairs out of a total of 40, you can ONLY ADD ONE. This number cannot be changed. You must change this asap!

Blurry Print Label
In the past, these labels printed fine, but now are distorted and different sizing - even in the preview of the settings menu of EZ.
Have not tried printing anything in a month or so, but have not changed any settings.

include my company's billing information on invoices and in my account.
Right now, I cannot see what credit card my company has on file for billing purposes, and it's also not included on invoices (EX: VISA xxxx xxxx xxxx 1234). We actually updated our company credit card a few days ago on our account, and we would like some sort of confirmation that our new credit card is in your system. I did not receive an email or anything about this confirmation, and I cannot see what you have as our default method of payment anywhere on my account in general.

Online catalog
We would really like to be able to have an online catalog without having to add new staff. Also, be able for them to fill out a form and request a reservation.
We don't have access to all that access our website and adding members would be quiet time consuming.
We service 9 school districts in Northwest Louisiana and they are available to all staff in each district.

Asset Stock Scheduling Conflict
Asset Stock can be double booked and double reserved. EZOffice does not report conflicts for Asset Stock. Furthermore, you can not filter by availability for asset stock on a given date / time range. Please fix asap.

Asset Stock Service & Service #
Certainly there needs to be an option for servicing asset stock. Not all asset stock is completely expendable if it breaks. Even then, if service for asset stock is required, it would be incredible if you can assign a service # to the item in need of service, just in order to track its progress through servicing.

Different Location Par Levels & Deleting Locations
Right now, all locations are held to he same Low Threshold Alert quantities. Is it possible to assign different Low Threshold Alerts for different locations? Also, how do you delete a location from a supply page, so that it does not remain listed as low stock?

make camera available for service tickets
Hi guys it would be really appreciated if you could make the camera available to capture damage/issue in the service ticket and it also makes the asset manager/administrator aware immediately of what is required - also why does the expected end date for a service ticket update when edited instead of the actual - doesn't make sense???

Multiple Filters in Browsing
When browsing inventories and assets, is it possible to stack multiple filters to more cleanly view specific items?
i.e. Filter > Location > SF Office.
