  1. Allow to resort your inventory Items Newest added to Oldest

    In our initial adding of all our inventory into the system, we were operating on a laptop for creating assets / entering info and a phone for taking photos/scanning barcodes. With the phone, every time we went to access the newly created assed, we would be stuck starting at the top of the items list (oldest created) and have to scroll down, cycle through many pages, and find the newest created item to then photograph and barcode.   2. allow administrators audit without QR code

    Currently, there is practically no way to audit an asset if it is not a) checkout to a user, or b) has a QR code.

    E.g., we have assets in storage without QR codes. How do we audit them?

    Solution: use a unique ID (e.g. a serial number), search for it by typing it in on the app, and clicking something like a 'manual scan' button to confirm it exists and is audited, but just doesn't have a QR code.

  4. allow administrators to Verify Possession for Staff Users

    At the moment, I see no way to Audit items that do not have QR codes.

    For example, we have a patrol member (Staff User) with a backpack, which does not have a QR code for practical reasons. He does not have a phone with the app installed, and is not allowed to log in to the web interface.

    How should the backpack be verified/audited? I would like a Admin user to be able to Verify the item for the Staff User, as the Admin user is the one with the app and login credentials.

  5. Azure AD intergration

    The ability to use EZoffice with Azure AD pre-integrated apps would be great, currently to use EZoffice with SAML it would require Azure AD premium.

    Is there any chance for EZoffice to support this?

  6. Dual Scanning

    I would like to be able to do the following:

    I want to be able to scan the asset tag for the tool/equipment and also be able to scan a location tag for where the tool/equipment will be located at. How can I make this happen?

    Is there a way to manage different companies by only one user?. For example. In my case during audits I need to present results by company and provide access to certain users instead of log in by company.

  18. Service Type modification/re-organization

    I would like to be able to make old service types (that we no longer use) invisible, so that they no longer appear as an option in the service type dropdown when entering a service record.

    I would also like to be able to re-organize the order that service types appear. Super frustrating that we can't do this...

  20. Make Reservation Report show reservations that intersect with a date range, not just included entirely with it

    We need to regularly see who has an item reserved at a future date. In misc reports>reservations, you have to have their entire reservation occur within your search range. It would be great just to enter single date as the begin and end of the search range and see what reservations 'intersect' with that date.
