  4. Right now you need to have the full name for the device in order to search devices in Zendesk. Most times it is easier to just enter the asset tag # (or as you call it Identification Number) that's on the device. Thanks,

  9. In my work I track medical supplies across several responders and vehicles. I need to be able to track Lot Numbers and Expiration Dates. I have tried adding these as custom fields but when I add new 'stock' and add a new expiration or lot number, it replaces the old number. I need to track expired, expiring, and not expired inventory. Is this feasible?

  10. you cant cancel on billing as it states as you cant even get to billing, you cant see email to cancel and contact us on your page doesnt work, all ways to stop people cancelling and I will be reporting you

  11. Currently, it appears that only administrators can receive Inventory against POs. Can you please also allow staff to receive against POs? It seems really strange that you would require Administrators to do the receipts.

  12. When receiving against a PO, the system should prompt for the location into which the inventory will be received. We have items that are in multiple locations, and we need to indicate at receiving where the inventory is being stored.

  13. It would be great if when you create a purchase order, it works the same way as when you request stock. The PO still needs approval and is submitted for approval.

  16. Some standard service types require a common list of 5 separate inventory items that need to be added to the service record so that inventory is properly adjusted. It would be great if these 5 separate items could be bundled so that you only had to add the bundle to the service record and not 5 separate items. Thanks!
