That’s not possible at the moment. Zendesk tickets are tied to their custodians, which only happens through checkouts.
Could you tell us more about what you’re trying to accomplish and why checkouts cant work with that?

We are trying to track permanent equipment in our exhibits. It doesn't move unless we are replacing it. There is no one person that submits tickets. Our zendesk is setup so that anyone in the building can submit a help desk ticket for when they see a issue with equipment, as well as we are trying to get all equipment details (purchase date, serials, ip addresses, mac addresses, ect...) all in one place. In order to tie the equipment to a person when they submit the ticket I would have to add them to EZOffice, check out the equipment to them, create the ticket, check it back in.Patrick Davis shared this idea ·
