    Hello,

    I'm so sorry for the frustration you're experiencing with your cancellation. Are you on the trial subscription or a paid account? If you are just trialing the free account, it will automatically expire at the end of your 15 day period - no action is required. If you are on a paid subscription, just go to your name > Billing > click Close My Account at the bottom of the page.
