    ex.
    Filter Location - Contains - Hayward Markets Office
    Filter Location - Contains - Dogpatch Supply Container
    Filter Name - Contains - Generator
    Filter Name - Contains - Light Pole

    So that this filter would show only items within Hayward Markets Office and Dogpatch Supply Container that are Generators and Light Poles.

    I've been told this is in works, so just keeping track of this for the implementation.

    You should be able to do this from Members → Userlistings
    1) In userlistings list, click on the one you want to change
    2) From the users tab, you can add users to this userlisting or remove them
    3) From the groups tab, you can add groups to this userlisting or remove them
