allow service tickets to be opened for users
Occasionally service on an asset is not for the item but the user. I would like to be able to track how many time a user has requested service that wasn't related to a problem with the asset, but instead a user error issue. Open Service Tickets for users.

At the moment there is no support for Service tickets on users but will be forwarded to product management for review based on the demand of this request. We will update you as soon as there is more information.
