Add a customizable field for Zendesk App
It would be WONDERFUL if we could have one of the custom fields that have been created in EZO to appear within the EZO App on our Zendesk. In other words, if I have a custom field in EZO for something like a RoomNumber or Building that is assigned to john.smith then that would be something that I want to see in Zendesk along with the "assets assigned to the current requester" that now appear because I have the EZO App installed in our Zendesk.
It would be a good feature addition regardless of whether the custom field was something that was tied to the user or tied to the asset, but I think having the option to show either one would be the best.

I would love this. I am at a large school and the first question I always have to answer is what room a teacher is in. When I leave the tech office I don't know whether to go north or south without first looking up the teacher to find out where their classroom is.
