give user the ability to add/remove/edit comments and services.
I need to ability to change remove or add things to services or comments that have already been added to assets.

As an admin you can add, edit or delete any comment on an asset detail page. As a staff user, you can do so for your comments only

- Comments added at check-in/out can not be edited or deleted as they provide a history trail into the actions taken on an asset.- You can add a service from Service button at the top right of the asset detail page. This takes the asset to maintenance state and it's unavailable for checkout until the service is completed. To enter a service record without making the asset unavailable, you can 'Add a Service Record' from the service tab on the asset detail page. You can click on a service to view more details and add comments. The service comments can also be edited and deleted.
