Hi Laura
There’s a report for Reservations under Reports → Miscellaneous Reports → Reservation Reports. You can filter it by the date range and the reservation status. Try it out and let me know if that works for you?

And there is no description tab with the export; we can't see what is been ordered.

We should have a list per reservation and not per date. Because not every reservation is for the same purpose. So if we export the file, we have everything together.
Is it maybe possible to have the same mail as the staff user with what we reserved at each reservation?
