  1. Sharepoint Document Library Linking

    We used to be able to bulk upload our assets using an excel template that included a column for Images and Documents. We simply put our sharepoint document library link here and it would become a clickable link under the documents section of the asset. We have been trying to perform this action today but it is no longer operating like this and the link is no longer appearing in the asset. Please help as this is an integral part of our production process now.

  2. hi some question about barcode

    we want to track our product, for example we have 30 same product,

    i must create 30 time barcode?
    because if i created 1 barcode and use 1 barcode for 30 item , it doesnt help me track that is my item missing or not, so if i have 30 item i must print our 30 unique barcode?

  3. Not nesting under

    I'd like to create a new location without nesting it under another location. How can I do this? I can't seem to find a way.

  8. Update charts along with its relevant data

    Whenever pulling data of each indiviudual group chart or as per location, the data that is extracted does not match the group/location charts.

  9. Add shipping and handling as an optional line item like you did with sales tax

    We need to generate POs that exactly match the invoices that are coming in from our vendors. Currently, as there is no automatic addition of shipping & handling charges, we have to add S/H charges as an inventory item. In doing this though, the taxable amount is thrown off. We then have to do extra manual calculations to get the invoice and PO amounts to match exactly.

  10. Comments get lost from "Retire" actions

    Please fix the comments being lost from 'retiring' asset stock and asset. The comments do not show up on the item page or in exported CSV.

  11. Changing/adding columns to match the asset list

    Hi there,

    I would like to be able to add the columns that don't exist in the drop down list while importing the asset list. Not sure if it is possible to do currently?

    I am trying to integrate Sage ERP with this system to enable data exchange and use this system for inventory management while updating the existing data in the Sage system. Can it be done?

  13. pricing issue

    Hi there, have a little problem with pricing while check out the cart. system automatically set minimum quantity of "1" item but haven't price on it. In case Im manually choose quantity of "2" from the same item , on check out it show me price only for one! I guess that system did not recognize the price for minimum quantity of item.

    What if the site auto-played a song while you browsed it? like, say when I logged in, Clocks by Coldplay started playing. I know that would make my EZOfficeInventory organization work a little more fun.

  15. Add Capability to Check Availability of Packages

    We have items that are clamped together, they always go out together. So we always need to reserve them together. So we always need to check their availability together. So it would be nice to be able to check a package's availability on a given date range.

  17. Checkin inventory bundles, boxes coming from the supplier

    I read the documents but I was only able to work with bundles, the carts and only checkout actions, no checkin actions. I guess it's no possible to do checkin boxes with barcode which contains inventory items with or without barcode.

    This feature will be great, because could save time and effort. With this feature, boxes don't need to be opened at check in when the items will come from suppliers to our warehouse.

    Packages always have same AIN or barcode and contain same amount of inventory items.
