  4. Right now you need to have the full name for the device in order to search devices in Zendesk. Most times it is easier to just enter the asset tag # (or as you call it Identification Number) that's on the device. Thanks,

    There seems to be an issue with the invoicing and previous payments are not being shown in the Billing section of the account.

    I also need to know the status of the account, there is a credit that needs to be applied. Can you please send me the status of the account?

  8. Can you transfer the stock amount to the new location after the location is changed in the edit menu?

    Example, I moved all of my items from Workshop 1 to Warehouse 1, but I can't delete Workshop 1 from my menu because it still is registered to the inventory that is now in Warehouse 1.

  12. Currently once a reservation has been made the supervisor can either check it out or deny it. It seems like they should be able to approve the request before the actual checkout date so that the requester knows what is happening.

  13. I would like to change the format to "mm/dd/yyyy", but it's stuck on "ddmmmyyyy". I have a custom date field, (donated on) that is set up with my preferred date format and I would like the other date field, purchased on) to match. Can you help me?

  14. In Custom Reports, when you attempted to highlight more than 1 item and move the item up or down in the column order, it errors and copies each and every item over and over. If you do a single item and try to move it up or down, it works just fine. Not a big deal, just wanted to let you know.

  15. Requesting an audit implies that I need to step out of the standard daily-messaging format, and need the email to be sent to my staff immediately, so that they can acknowledge the Audit Request outside of their normal daily digest email, which is ignored by rote.

  16. After one column has been selected for sorting assets, there should be a selectable secondary column to sort by. Think think this: Microsoft Excels ability to sort the columns in levels selected by the user.

    Example: There are items checked out to 5 people. The items checked out to person A, and B. Person A and person B are set to return items at the same time. Person C, D, and E all have their items coming back at different times. Persons C+D returning before, and person E returning after, persons A+B...

    I want to see the assets sorted so…
