Moving through the assets
If you're looking at an asset's details page, it would be cool if there was a button that would take you directly to the next asset's details page.

Allow reservations based on groups instead of assets
As someone reserving assets, it would be great if I could request reservations based on asset groups instead of individual assets. This would allow staff users to specify the type of asset they need, but would allow equipment administrators to select the most appropriate member of an asset group when preparing the reservation for pick up.
The specific asset only needs to be defined when the reservation is approved.

Thank you for the request. The current functionality allows an administrator to cancel the reservation and check out the correct item. However we have forwarded a request to allow update of reservation as well as select from a group of assets.regards

Adding Preference Options to a Cart's Custom Fields
I would love to have the same Preference Options when adding a Custom Field to an CART as you have when adding a Custom Field to Items.

Option to export to one drive
I see you are able to export to dropbox. The company I work for uses microsoft 365 for all of our documents, email,ect I think it would be a good idea to have an option to export to one drive.

Print Service Ticket

GPS Autofill in EZOffice App
It would be beneficial to be able to use the the GPS Data from a mobile device to autofill the location of assets being tracked. Right now there is only the option of manually entering this information which can increase workload for an organization tracking many assets.

Change the colour scheme, it looks too similar to Facebook
Every time I'm sitting at my desk at work and have EzOffice inventory open people think I'm on Facebook and its rather embarrassing. A more generic or corporate colour scheme would be more suitable for office use.

Packages vs Bundles
Can someone explain the best practices between using these two concepts and why you'd choose one over the other? It appears that eventually packages could be added to a bundle, but bundles cannot be added to packages, thus:
bundles>packages>assets
Is that correct?

[Urgent] Cannot Checkout Multiple Asset Stock
As of right now, you cannot checkout/reserve/add-to-cart multiple items of asset stock. For example: if you wanted to add 20 asset-stock chairs out of a total of 40, you can ONLY ADD ONE. This number cannot be changed. You must change this asap!

We’ll also add a quick edit for the stock quantities in the cart. -
Stack Same Name Assets in List
Why not stack assets with the same name in the list with quantity?? It begs the question: why not remove asset stocks and make assets have stock, whereby adding stock to an asset, automatically makes it "asset stock" but without the nomenclature.
"Asset Stock" is unnecessary
0 votesAsset Stock is for items where individual tracking is deemed unnecessary e.g. 20 cable wires.
Assets with the same name can be collapsed together in the Compact View. Use the button on top left of the asset listing (on left of the Actions dropdown). You can toggle the compact view from here. The other two buttons there allow you to toggle between list and thumbnail view. -
Printable Reservation List for Staff
There needs to be a printer friendly list with customizable criteria for reservation checkout process for staff.
0 votesYou can use Reservations report for this purpose. Filter the reservations using the member dropdown in the report to get to the list of items reserved by someone.
This list can be exported to CSV and printed. -
Allow coloumns to be chosen (or hidden) on reports
The Low inventory report currently includes "description" with no way to chose not to show this field. "Description" for our medical items contains drug information and is quite long, and causes the rows in the report to be extremely long. The option to customize columns shown would help this.
It is also unnecessary to have every field and every custom field on every report.
