Start Asset Service/Maintenance WITHOUT checking-in the Asset!
It would be super helpful if we could start servicing an Asset without having to check it in. I understand that checking in the asset first makes sense because we would technically have the asset while we are servicing it, but 100% of the time when we have an asset that needs servicing we checkout a loaner asset to the user so it is already implied that the asset being serviced is in our possession. You can already create service tickets on assets that are checked out. Open up the assets details page, go to the Services subtab and press Create Service Ticket. Is this what you’re looking for? Try it out and let us know.

Allow Staff to Make Bundles
Alot of our staff users have various bundles they want to put together. Is there a way that the staff users can create their own bundles or can that ability be created?

Thanks for writing in. That isn’t possible at the moment — staff can only checkout and return items. Does having administrators for such purposes not work for you?

Checkout Acknowledgement
When an item is checked-out, the member receiving the item receives an email. There should be an option to include policies, terms of accountability, and review of items for correctness and require the member to click a link resulting in a page for them to electronically sign or similarly acknowledge receipt of equipment and terms.

Allow Locations to be customized to specific groups as well as mass delete of locations.
At this time I had to start over and reassign locations. My tech had already uploaded Locations, but now they need to be deleted and I must delete them 1 by 1, which is incredibly tedious and uses lots of time. There should be a mass-delete for locations.
Also, trying to set groups for particular users all over the region, but I want certain users to see certain loactions when they check-in/check-out, but as it is, users will have to scroll through multiple locations until they find the locations they are looking to use. Instead, if locations could be tied…

In the COST PRICE field under the ITEM tab, it would be convenient if we could enter letters too, not just numbers.

enable selection/deselection of columns/data fields for any report by admin
As an Admin user i need to be able toe select/deselct the columns for any type of report, so that I can configure all reports according to the needs of my colleagues.

Move between assets
If I'm looking at the screen for asset # 0001, it would be nice if there was a next button (and a previous button) to move to the next asset in my list.

Print directly to a Dymo 450 LabelWriter
The label designer works great but you can't select the orientation of labels such as landscape or portrait thus rendering it useless for anyone wanting to print to a Dymo printer. You can export the CSV and all of that but it's such a huge hassle to do every time you need to add equipment.

Reservation printable
The list of reservation should be printable for the Administator not just a email notification

There’s a report for Reservations under Reports → Miscellaneous Reports → Reservation Reports. You can filter it by the date range and the reservation status. Try it out and let me know if that works for you?

Add the ability to set DEFAULTS that will auto-populate the fields in a new Asset Service/Asset Maintenance
It would be great if we could enable default settings when creating a new service record. So when I put an asset into maintenance it would automatically populate our desired "Expected Completion Time" of 7 Days and it would auto-populate whomever the preferred vendor is for that type of item or even the preferred vendor for the company. Right now it is kind of annoying to be required to set an "Expected Completion Time" AND a start time because the start time should always be whatever it is currently and we actually do not care about the expected completion date.

While marking an asset into Service, you can just check the “Under Service Indefinitely” checkbox and that will omit the expected return date, putting it into indefinite service. Does that not work for you?

Add current total quantity of inventory
I am trying to add items to inventory and it will not allow me to pick total quantity on import. This is stock I already have so I don't want to the cost option. We should be able to edit quantity in order show amounts currently in stock when we are creating these items.

Hide the EZ office asset number
Our company marks our tools with numbers that we put in as asset identification numbers. EZ office has an "asset" number as well. This confuses alot of people. Is there any way you could hide the EZ office number or just move it somewhere people wont get confused by it?
Example: Our humidifier is marked with #1206, but in EZ office there is a number #989 and #1206, and people think that it is #989

check in / check out
I just want make check out the assets with the app from the Warehouse to a Technician. And then how can the technicians make the check in (confirmation that they received what I checked out)?
My objective for this tool is to control (track/trace) the spare parts that I send from my warehouse to the 50 technicians which perform after sales service.
I am the owner/admistrator and they are staff with limited acces of the assets
