    Hi thank you for your reply. We've no requirement to limit the amount of time our tradesmen loan tools, plant and equipment. We use the program to track items such as keys and fuel cards which typically remain with them for the duration of their employment. EZ Office then provides us with an easy exiting checklist of items assigned to an employee we wish to have returned. Regarding tools, they use it for as long as they need and return it if they no longer wish to carry it in their vehicles. For example extension leads and power tools.
    I hope this helps provide some insight.
