    Thank you for the suggestion. Is this something the happens often in your organization? EZOI doesn’t yet accommodate past checkouts since it’s expected to use the system in real-time as company protocol. If accommodating past checkouts is important to your workflows I can have the suggestion forwarded to product management for review.

    I was concerned about the purpose of this function - surely the SaaS host (EZOfficeInventory)maintains a bullet proof back up and disaster recovery system?

    Thank you for the request. We’re unable to prioritize this at the moment but we’ll be sure to do so as we see more demand come in.
    Meanwhile you can always set up a custom field (with history enabled) into which you can record any non-documented custodians or transfer activities.
