The ability to reserve equipment on behalf of another user.
A lot of times someone is requesting items for another user. This may streamline reservations a little bit, especially when an assistant is making requests for their supervisor.

Reservations don't show in iOS
Inventory reservations do not show in iOS. I click on reservations in the item and it is blank.

Please show the whole Assets name
Since the last update I can no longer see the whole name of my Assets in the list, which is annoying when you have Assets with almost the same name(have a lot of them) but is different models. For example Multiblitz Profilux 400 and Multibltz Profilite 400 and all I can see in the list is Multiblitz Profi... and to choose the right model I have to open and check if choose the right one. Understand it´s a matter of space but maybe if you put the mouse pointer on the name the whole name would show like the balloon…

How Many Items to View in a List Option
Right now for example the ITEMS tab only shows 20 items at once before you have to page over. This kind of sucks.
There should be a simple option to pick how many items you wish to view in that list at one time.. 25..50..75..100.. ALL.

Mass Update Group
I would like to update the "Group" of multiple items at one time
1 voteAs an admin you can change group of multiple items by selecting them from main listing and choosing Edit from ‘Actions’ drop down. On ‘Edit Items’ page, there is a ‘Change Group’ button from where you can change the group of all the items that you’ve selected for editing.

Printing in a specific location on Avery labels
Not sure why, but a similar feedback topic was closed, though I don't know why as I don't see the issue / suggestion as "Solved".
Anyway, unless you know each column and row settings for printing a QR code on an Avery 22805 label, it is all trial and error in trying to print a QR label (or any label for that matter) in a specific spot.
What would be very helpful is if you provided a screenshot showing where on the page the label(s) are located on the Avery page so that there is no waste of time of…

allow multiple delete
after import you cannot do a bulk delete of items that are no longer in the inventory

Seems about since 10 mins ago I am unable to print barcodes!!

create customizable default times
Users who do not set a check out or return time make it difficult for other users to reserve or check out equipment. I would like to see customizable default times that apply to all users in the system. The option of hiding the time field would also be nice.

Make packages searchable
I love the packages feature but it would be helpful since most of our equipment goes out in packages, to have those as returned results. Would be nice to have packages on the right hand side under Filter results.

Include Asset# in API response to assets.api and inventory.api
The current JSON response to assets.api does not include asset#. This makes limited in its usability. Would be great to have asset# included.

Have a look at Settings → Company Settings → Advanced Settings → Thumbnail View
You can choose to view a cropped image which has the correct aspect ratio, or full image which may get squished.
For best results, use Square Images.

Indefinitely = Turn off/on options
Hello
It would be nice if the Indefinitely could be an option that could be turned off and not something that has to be selected to turn off for each device, but an overall setting. We have devices we are checking in and out on almost a daily basis and would be nice if you didn't have select that option1 vote -
Fix file attachment in the Android app
When creating or edting an asset, the attach file button does not bring up a file selection dialog. Android version 4.4.2.

By clicking the picture box it will take photo
How about while using the EZOffice mobile app then go to edit page of a particular asset there will be a button to take picture directly and this will be uploaded automatically to this asset.

enhancements to asset images support
currently asset images are duplicated for every asset.
It is oftentimes not necessary: if you have a fleet of 20 workstations, the images are identical.
It could be nice if:
1) new asset image could be added via edit multiple assets interface (frontend)
2) existing asset image could be possible to share with another asset/assets
3) backend: that only 1 asset image were kept on server, and other assets with the same image could refer to its location1 voteAll images and documents in your account are now placed in a central location. Any file that you upload to an item or a group gets added to the library. You can also add files directly to the library, which supports uploading multiple files. You can then choose to attach pictures or documents from the library to an item or group. It also enables you to reuse a file multiple times. Have a look at Items → Documents to explore further.
