Maintenance noticcement
I am not sure if you have any redundancy for our portal, but today we found out a brief period the web portal not working at all.

Group Level permissions
The "staff user" role does not encompass field level restrictions for an asset. For instance, as an admin I would like to give the ability to a user to change certain field values of an asset such as the assigned group.

Reoccurring Reservations
We are wanting the ability to make a Reservation that reoccurs every week. There should be an option to either have a standalone reservation, or a series reservation where you can choose when it needs to reoccur i.e. every day, every week, every month and so on.
On top of this, you should be able to select the time period that the reservation is occurring, i.e. 10am - 2pm, and then have a calendar that pops up and lets you choose what dates you want the reservation to appear on.

Filter button cuttoff

Staff users to be able to apply service records to multiple assets at once.
I suggested this feature to EZO support to meet our company's workflow needs and they were really responsive and have now informed me that they will be adding this capability. :)

Allow less than 1 for partial quantities
We have cartons with 72 or 144 shirts in them. However sometimes we build sets which will mean a carton may have a partial quantity in it. We would like to count it as 0.5 carton to at least let us know that it isn't a full box and we need to count.

Way to checkout out in a spreadsheet
I just imported 768 items and want to know if there is a way to check them out via a spreadsheet. We are using the zendesk add on and it appears to me that an item need to be checked out to a user, before you can pick it in a ticket. It would be much easier to do it in a spreadsheet from without having to click each item. One other thing that would be helpful is a way to scroll through each asset \ item with out having to go up to assets and then pick the itme…

Add standard field for Serial Number
If you're tracking assets, wouldn't their manufacturer serial numbers be essential if they have them? There's an important distinction between that and asset tag that we happen to put on an item. I'm very surprised there's not a dedicated field for it. Your competition, Asset Tiger, not only has a field for serial number, but allows you to scan the bar code for it if the item has one--and Asset Tiger is free. The same feature would be very useful for you EZ Office customers.

you cant cancel on billing as it states as you cant even get to billing, you cant see email to cancel and contact us on your page doesnt work, all ways to stop people cancelling and I will be reporting you

Asset Creation Purchase Date in API
Hi, Why is the Purchase date noted as a required field when creating an Asset using the API but is not required when adding an asset manually in the web UI? Thanks.
