Add an option to select what Days alerts are sent out to users
We can select what times alerts are sent out. Why not days? have a box where we can select exactly what days alerts are sent so people don't get emails over the weekend.

history record date not exact
5 months ago or 4 months ago does not ring any bell during actual auditting! please be specific! and also there is nowhere in the report showing when did the assets added in!

The print labels comes up with an error window
An error window pops up as a new tab, but the command still shows up as a request ready to go in the print queue.

Make it so that the mobile app does not require sign-in details everytime
Even if you have the "stay signed in" box checked, it still asks that you provide your Login ID and password every time.

Show all assets
Would be nice to have the option to see all my assets on one page vs. multiple pages maxed out at 25 assets/pg.

1 voteYou can increase the limit to 100 assets on your asset page. To do this go to name> settings> My settings> Misc > Maximum records per page > set to 100 (The maximum allowed). Let me know if this will work for you.

Search by AIN
We didn't follow Asset# = AIN. Each asset has the AIN on a barcode. Would be great if users were able to search by AIN instead of/in addition to asset number.

Mobile App update is poor
The new app is significantly less useful than the old app. The format /menu tabs is tiny even on a iPad (could you make them any smaller? or less intuitive. Its difficult to recognize if the app is frozen or loading info. The action arrow works most of the time but also freezes and we have to scan in 25 items again. you can't move back an forth with out losing all your scans. constantly having to sign back in.
Wish we could still access the old app

Consecutive Labels
How do I print labels 1 through 100 for example for a piece of inventory I have? For example I have 100 boxes of the same item, but I want to print a barcode that identifies each one individually. Like Box 1 is B0001 and box 2 is B0002 and so forth.

The only way to accomplish this is to add each of those 100 items uniquely as assets with their own unique numbers. Once you’ve added them as assets, select them all in the item listing and go to Actions → Print Label.

Sorting by Date
Can you please tell me how a user can sort items by purchase date? Currently I don't see the option to do this. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! You’re right, the Purchased On column isn’t yet sortable in the item listings. The team has been notified and are working to make it sortable (ETA this Friday). I’ll let you know once the update is made.In the meantime, you can press the Export to CSV button (beside the column customization one in the listing table) and then sort the items in excel in the meantime. Can you work with that?

Zendesk by location
We won't be using checkouts. I'm looking to use this to track permanent equipment in our Exhibits.
1) Is there a way to turn off checkout/check in? We won't use it and it is distracting to other users I need to give access to the system.
2) Is there a way to do Zendesk integration without checkouts? I did see another suggestion that said to create locations as members without emails, but that still doesn't allow me to tie Zendesk tickets to assets. It would be nice when creating a zendesk ticket to select a location and pull up all…1 voteHi
That’s not possible at the moment. Zendesk tickets are tied to their custodians, which only happens through checkouts.
Could you tell us more about what you’re trying to accomplish and why checkouts cant work with that?regards

Sign in does not remember details
When I sign in on the PC, it does not remember the log in details even if I tick remember details.

Add navigation or "Back" option after editing an Item
When editing a single item you are not able to navigate back to your previous search other than using the back in your browser
EG: Select Filter and in my case select "Location" (location of equipment with be the Perth equipment)
Make changes to the item, adding or removing etc... but when you are complete and have selected the update asset button you are unable to go back to your original filter search.
