  1. Integration with Salesforce!

    Would love to be able to connect EZOffice with Salesforce, tying our assets to custom objects so that we can assign them to opportunities as related objects.

  4. Reservations

    When I view all reservations it shows all assets reserved. Is it possible when a package is reserved for it to just show the package name that is reserved and not every asset within the package.

  5. Use saved cart transactions as template for new cart

    Be able to pull up an old cart transactions, add all the items to a new cart, make a few changes, change dates, locations, etc., and then book a new reservation. This would save a lot of time in booking reservations for recurring events

  7. Hyperlink PO Number in a custom column to a digital scan uploaded doc

    IN my custom column PO Number I have the po numbers listed. It would be awesome if I could click on the PO Number in the column and have it open the digital scan of the PO I uploaded

    included in this would be mass edit link doc to selected rows in a selected column

  8. Export just the items contained in a filter to 'CSV'

    I see in your matches on the left it has already been brought up. We look forward to seeing it work that way. We can do a custom report it's just not as user friendly when using "Exact" or "Contains" when the name isn't known.

  10. more tier of user permissions

    normal user: browse inventory, request check out/reservation
    department head: user + approval of check out and reservation, but can't check in/checkout
    Admin: check out only after department head approval, check in, add stock etc.

    Thank you for the suggestion. This feature is on our radar but has no ETA as of yet.
    As we see more demand for this come in we’ll be sure to implement it into the software. I’ve recorded your email — we’ll let you know once the feature is out.

    I would love the ability to name a Cart (or reassign a different value to the Cart Number) and have it be displayed under "Cart Transactions."

  12. Hyperlink in Column

    How do I add a Hyper link to the column. IT is only showing the string of code rather then the Hyperlink. While viewing the item the hype link shows but when you go back to the asset tab it is just the code showing.

    Thank you for sharing this suggestion. This is was reviewed by the Product team and we feel that we might be able to implement improvements as more requests come in. Please check back in October/November and we should be able to provide an ETA around then.

  16. Make Cart Transactions More Editable

    We try to plan our events weeks in advance, but often plans can change, or new events come up that might overlap on different pieces of equipment. We would like the ability to add/remove items from cart reservations, change dates, and maybe even move items between carts. For example, Event 1 is planned with Cameras A, B, and C. But then a week before Event 1 another event, Event 2, comes up on the same day. So now I need to reallocate Camera A to Event 2, and add Camera D to event 1 based on the needs/priorities of events.…

  19. exporting just chosen assets to csv

    I can only export all assets, but not just a group or chosen ones. Would be very helpful, to be able to choose which assets I want to export.

    Hi Jana
    Thank you for the suggestion. We have this feature in our sights but do not have a timeline for it at the moment. As we see more requests come in for it, we’ll be sure to implement it.
    In the meanwhile you can always remove the redundant rows from the spreadsheet. You can also go to Reports → All Active Assets and filter your asset listing to your preference, and then export that report.

  20. How do I delete bundles?

    I am trying to delete and asset and it will prompt me to delete from bundle. I go to bundles and nothing shows up.
