Allow Asset Stock Check-In from Main Asset Stock Interface
I would like to be able to Check-In Asset Stock from the main Asset Stock interface. Currently the user has to click on each individual Asset Stock item to check it in which can be tedious if they have a large quantity of Asset Stock items.
Overdue Asset Stock should also be shown after the login screen because users are getting overdue notices but don't think they have anything checked out to them.

Need to update the EZ Office for IOS Systems
When opening EZ Office App on my iPhone 6+, I can only batch scan items when checking them out 1 time. If I scan 3 items, check them out then try to scan more items, the app will glitch out and will not allow me to access the "checkout" button on the bottom of the screen.

"Asset Stock Reservation" Not Showing in "Reservation Report"
When running reservation reports, the asset stock reservations do not show. Please fix asap!
1 voteThe Reservations report currently only supports Reservations for Assets. We have forwarded a request to Product Management to have a report enabled for Asset stock reservation.

Warn when making overlapping reservation
Warn the user when they are making a reservation that overlaps an existing reservation. Currently, the new reservation can be made even if it interferes with an existing reservation.

Pain Points/Requests
I would like to be able to 'Clone' vendors. There are many America's Tire locations in California and we would like to add them all to our vendors list.
In the Inventory section I would like to be able to sort each column in ascending and descending order.
I would like to be able to customize the columns shown and order they are shown in, in each of the assets, assets stock, and inventory pages.
I am liking this service so far, I am excited to work together to make it even better both so we are happier but also…

Local Back button
Right now, say you navigate to inventory then click on a certain group or apply a custom filter. Now I am in a custom view that I want to continue viewing in. But, if I edit an item while in this view, if I want to navigate back to that same view I have to restart from the beginning and go from items to inventory then to the custom view I wanted. Simply using the back button on the browser page will not work since the information I just updated will not remain. There needs to be some local back…

history log needs more detail
The history log needs to show the details of the edits made. The log currently shows the asset, user who made the edit, and the date/time. Those are all necessary, but I need it to show the details for the history log to be useful. For example when a custom field is updated, or the asset changes location... it seems that an entry is made in the history log. I just don't see a way to see what change was actually made!!

Allow filters on Inventory > Line Items Report to include Custom Fields
When running a Line Items Report on Inventory, I would like to be able to filter down by my custom field "Job Number" to view all activity under a certain entry /set of entries in the field. i.e. we receive (add) and pull (sale) stock for specific jobs. i would like to run a quick report where I can see only the activity for a specific job.
Also would be nice to be able to customize which columns show up on my Line Items Report.

ability to import detail(address) for location
I can get the address field to import with a list of assets, but this only creates a location "name" with no detail. I need to be able to import a list of locations with the details for that location (mainly address) without having to manually enter those details after the import.

Checkout/Reservation Project (Not Asset Associated)
We need the ability to have a project associated with a reservation/checkout, NOT associated with an asset.
Example: Starbucks Commercial. When checking out hundreds of pieces of video production gear, we don't want all that gear to be associated with the Starbucks Commercial as a custom attribute, but we need to be able to associate that checkout/reservation with a project, not just a custodian. I need to be able to see which project that all the gear is currently assigned to, regardless of custodian. This would also solve the problem where if multiple custodians are checking out for the same…

Tracking whether reservations are completed
I would like a way to see whether the assets I reserved have actually been checked out as I intended them to. Not broken down by asset, but as a whole, these five objects were intended to go here, and were not checked out. So a custom report that tells you if items were not checked in or out as intended.
I think I can currently use Date overdue for this function, but I would like a more comprehensive way to do this.

Bulk Check In
The ability to use the cart to check in assets would be useful. Pretty much use it the same way as booking out by adding to cart or scanning. Then clicking a check in button, only option really needed then would be its location change if needed.
We have multiple members that all come and check in at the same time. If we could just do a big bulk scan and check in with the cart at the end of the day we would save loads of time.

it would be great if I could Print the Full Description of each Item with photos even better to save it to PDF would be amazing ,it's looks more better from a business standpoint if the form is not printed from a web page... (just a thought from something I did read ) If there is a way I have not found it

Package Asset Stocks
Currently, you cannot add asset stock to packages...
1 voteIn a packages, a set of assets are bound to one another. They’re are always checked out or reserved together.
Asset Stock adds some complexity to it which we’re avoiding for now. We can take this up if there are more votes to this suggestion/ -
[Urgent] Cannot Checkout Multiple Asset Stock
As of right now, you cannot checkout/reserve/add-to-cart multiple items of asset stock. For example: if you wanted to add 20 asset-stock chairs out of a total of 40, you can ONLY ADD ONE. This number cannot be changed. You must change this asap!

We’ll also add a quick edit for the stock quantities in the cart. -
Blurry Print Label
In the past, these labels printed fine, but now are distorted and different sizing - even in the preview of the settings menu of EZ.
Have not tried printing anything in a month or so, but have not changed any settings.

Asset Stock Scheduling Conflict
Asset Stock can be double booked and double reserved. EZOffice does not report conflicts for Asset Stock. Furthermore, you can not filter by availability for asset stock on a given date / time range. Please fix asap.
