  1. Print Cart Report: Sort by Package and add Package Label

    It would be nice to view the assets in a printed cart report grouped by their package.

    It could look like:

    Line 1 - PACKAGE 1 -
    Line 2 to 5 - Asset Info -
    Line 6 - PACKAGE 2 -
    Line 7 to 11 - Asset Info -

  2. Add navigation or "Back" option after editing an Item

    When editing a single item you are not able to navigate back to your previous search other than using the back in your browser

    EG: Select Filter and in my case select "Location" (location of equipment with be the Perth equipment)

    Make changes to the item, adding or removing etc... but when you are complete and have selected the update asset button you are unable to go back to your original filter search.

  3. Print directly to a Dymo 450 LabelWriter

    The label designer works great but you can't select the orientation of labels such as landscape or portrait thus rendering it useless for anyone wanting to print to a Dymo printer. You can export the CSV and all of that but it's such a huge hassle to do every time you need to add equipment.

  4. Move between assets

    If I'm looking at the screen for asset # 0001, it would be nice if there was a next button (and a previous button) to move to the next asset in my list.

    Thank you for the suggestion. This feature is on our radar but has no ETA as of yet.
    As we see more demand for this come in we’ll be sure to implement it into the software. I’ve recorded your email — we’ll let you know once the feature is out.

  5. Allow Staff to Make Bundles

    Alot of our staff users have various bundles they want to put together. Is there a way that the staff users can create their own bundles or can that ability be created?

  7. Allow quantities in carts/bundles to be more easily edited - like a shopping cart when online shopping

    If I create a bundle of items based on 1 per person and need to change the number of people I cannot just multiply the bundle or edit the quantity right in the cart at this time. If I add the bundle multiple times to a cart it adds every item as a new line rather than updating the quantity already in the cart. One or both methods of editing would make this much easier, rather than making a new bundle every time, especially if it's a last minute change!

  9. Add an "Undo Receiving" Button

    It would be nice to have a button to undo the any previous receiving on a PO to correct items that were received in incorrect quantity or on the incorrect PO.

  11. Allow for the classification of Service Types according to Asset Group

    We have a lot of service types and many only apply to certain Asset Groups. It would be nice if the Services dropdown menu would only show the services that pertain to the Group of the Asset you're applying a service to.

    We believe that the thumbnails in grid view fulfill your requirements. (You can toggle the views from the buttons on left of the Actions on Items dropdown in asset listing.)
    Also, there are significant enhancements to the thumbnail view coming up in our monthly release.
