Have the line background color or font color change if an item is out for service or unavailable.

Reservations
When I view all reservations it shows all assets reserved. Is it possible when a package is reserved for it to just show the package name that is reserved and not every asset within the package.

How vital is this to your EZOI use?
FYI you can utilize Bundles which are like loose, non exclusive packages. Their reservations show up as a single entry in the reservations tab.

ISSUANCE OF ASSET FEATURE
Hi EZO
Our company issued assets on specific employees and also let them borrow the laptops from outside of the office. As much as possible IT department would like to track the assets that are issued to users and also check in/out items.
I would like to know how we could possibly permanently issue an asset and at the same time track the check in/out of the same issued assets as this will be a primary security concern. Is there a way that we could issue an asset to a user? and also monitor it's check ins/outs.

Asset Stock show up in Locations
Currently, it looks like Asset Stock does not show up in an individual location that it is checked out to, unlike Assets. When you go to Items>Locations, Asset Stock ONLY shows up in the home location for the Asset Stock, but does not show up in locations that simply have Asset Stock checked out to it. It would be great to see what Asset Stock (in addition to Assets) are checked out to a particular location in the locations tab.

Integration with Salesforce!
Would love to be able to connect EZOffice with Salesforce, tying our assets to custom objects so that we can assign them to opportunities as related objects.

allow cloning of items through the Android app
Suggest work flow: long press to select an item, then press the green +. This creates a copy of the select item, with unique information removed (i.e. AINs etc)

Services Ascending / descending sort order
Within the Services section accessed via Dashboard, is it possible to give any date related columns the sorting functionality. When presented with a large number of assets for servicing, you ideally want to see what is the next asset scheduled for service

Alphabetize the Service Type dropdown menu.
We have a lot of service types and it is difficult to quickly select the one you want from the dropdown menu when the list is not organized in any intuitive way.

Add a bundle of inventory items to be consumed as part of a service record
Some standard service types require a common list of 5 separate inventory items that need to be added to the service record so that inventory is properly adjusted. It would be great if these 5 separate items could be bundled so that you only had to add the bundle to the service record and not 5 separate items. Thanks!

Staff Receive Against PO
Currently, it appears that only administrators can receive Inventory against POs. Can you please also allow staff to receive against POs? It seems really strange that you would require Administrators to do the receipts.

Verify cart with QR codes?
Hi, your Blog says that carts can be verified both with barcode scanners and QR codes. I can't find a way to verify a reserved cart with my Apple smartphone. Is it only possible with Android, or... ?

Is the API capable of outputting the items checked out to a member?
I would like to be able to create a script that will get a persons inventory from EZ and create it as a note in Zendesk.
Can this either be added to the current Zendesk plugin or is there an API for viewing items checked out to somebody?

Project Costing
It would be ideal to be able to create individual projects/customers in EZOffice, and remove inventory as sold/consumed by each project or customer, and then be able to pull reports that detail the items and costs thereof by project or customer.
This is an essential function for organizations that do project cost accounting. We have assets and inventory that we use on up to 40 projects we may be working at any given time, and having the ability to see how which items are consumed and costs incurred by each project is a critical accounting priority. Service Type modification/re-organization
I would like to be able to make old service types (that we no longer use) invisible, so that they no longer appear as an option in the service type dropdown when entering a service record.
I would also like to be able to re-organize the order that service types appear. Super frustrating that we can't do this...

Create a desktop app (MacOS/Windows)
Perhaps an Electron based app. Obviously I'm not privy to what performance benefits it might provide, but it would be convenient for large groups.With finer control over the view, perhaps it would also be a good opportunity to provide kiosk-mode functionality.

Schedule service for a specific time
Currently services can scheduled in hour increments. It would be helpful if users could enter a time manually or if smaller increments were added such as 15 or 30 minute increments.

Choosing file for scheduled custom reports
When I receive an email for a scheduled custom report, it defaults to being sent as a CSV file. It would be great if I could choose how I would receive my file (XLS, PDF, etc.)
