Enable USERS to check into LOCATIONS and inherit ASSETS
It would be revolutionary if there were a way to have a USER "check into" location or the USER be "assigned to" a location just like the way we are assigning ASSETS to a location right now. That way if Room G-201 has an ActivBoard, a Projector, and a Printer assigned to that location, then whenever the teacher changes from room G-202 into room G-201 she would inherit the assets assignments that are in G-201 and lose the assignments of assets that were in G-202. Asset Stock show up in Locations
Currently, it looks like Asset Stock does not show up in an individual location that it is checked out to, unlike Assets. When you go to Items>Locations, Asset Stock ONLY shows up in the home location for the Asset Stock, but does not show up in locations that simply have Asset Stock checked out to it. It would be great to see what Asset Stock (in addition to Assets) are checked out to a particular location in the locations tab.

Show conflicting items in reservations
We currently can't see when the same item is reserved in two(or more) different reservations unless we complete & check out one of those reservations. We need the ability for both admins & users to see this, and for users to be unable to reserve items that are already in another users reservation cart.

ISSUANCE OF ASSET FEATURE
Hi EZO
Our company issued assets on specific employees and also let them borrow the laptops from outside of the office. As much as possible IT department would like to track the assets that are issued to users and also check in/out items.
I would like to know how we could possibly permanently issue an asset and at the same time track the check in/out of the same issued assets as this will be a primary security concern. Is there a way that we could issue an asset to a user? and also monitor it's check ins/outs.

Add a customizable field for Zendesk App
It would be WONDERFUL if we could have one of the custom fields that have been created in EZO to appear within the EZO App on our Zendesk. In other words, if I have a custom field in EZO for something like a RoomNumber or Building that is assigned to john.smith then that would be something that I want to see in Zendesk along with the "assets assigned to the current requester" that now appear because I have the EZO App installed in our Zendesk.

Option to export to one drive
I see you are able to export to dropbox. The company I work for uses microsoft 365 for all of our documents, email,ect I think it would be a good idea to have an option to export to one drive.

You can change the company default timezone by logging in as account owner and going to Name → Settings → Company Settings → Company Profile → Miscellaneous → Time Zone.
You can also set your own profile’s timezone from Name → Edit Profile → Time Zoneregards

GPS Autofill in EZOffice App
It would be beneficial to be able to use the the GPS Data from a mobile device to autofill the location of assets being tracked. Right now there is only the option of manually entering this information which can increase workload for an organization tracking many assets.

Create a Range filter for assets
For example we have a range of different probes we use that have a range of different sizes going up in 0.1mm increments. Is it possible to have a filter that could search a range from example 10mm-12mm?

transferring stock to locations and field agents
Hello, we are a distribution company in Tanzania and would have liked to use your software to manage inventory that we have. We sell solar products in rural areas and it is difficult to keep track of our inventory. With EZ, we hoped we could have a simple, affordable platform to do this.

Add AIN numbers while cloning
Would be very time reducing, if one could add the AIN numbers for the amount of clones while cloning and don't have to edit all clones after for adding the numbers.

In the case of wanting to ‘clone’ an asset, simply create one row in the import spreadsheet, then duplicate it. In the duplicates, change the AIN number only.

Label designer - size
I had only very limited space for the label, since that I would have been helpful to be able to change the text size.
And the box for product model number was to big, made it complicated to design the label.
Also the box size from the code, is not the same size, than the real code later (real code is smaller).1 voteHi Jana

Issue with default "Checkout Indefinitely"
When checking an item out, the "Checkout Indefinitely" option is checked by default. However, the item does not get checked out indefinitely, it uses the date in the field (filled in by default). The work around is to unselect then select the"Checkout Indefinitely" option before saving. Or of course use the "extend Checkout" option later. I am using Chrome on Mac OSX.

Checking in Assets on my phone via QR code
For assets that are checked out.
When I scan the QR code for an asset on my phone I have no prompt to check it back in.Is this missing from the program or am I possibly doing it incorrectly.

After scanning, you press the Completed button, which then brings up a list of the items scanned. To check item(s) in, highlight them by tapping on them and then go to Actions → Check in.
